The room wasnt the room we booked they couodnt find our reservation, after 15 min she "found it" we went up to the room it was a handicap room. Walked in it smelled horrible. Bugs scattered under the picture on wall counters had not been cleaned floors were unswept. Beds were unclean. Cigarettes hiles in bed spread and pee stains on mattress the phone didnt work either. I went to the front deask asked about the a room change and they said they couldnt. I even asked for Lysol. They didnt have any????? After talking with the front desk and they were not going to do anything. We wanted our money back because we were not staying there. They wouldnt give us a refund. And said the manager wouldnt be back in u til Monday. Very disappointed. We went to Red Roof Inn Plus about mile dien road paid for another 2 nights and they were EXCELLENT.

Very friendly helpful staff... they suggested excellent places to eat and wonderful sites to see.

Ran out of coffee at 6:30 am and was not paying attention to it

I had a reservation for tonight’s drove six hours got to the hotel to be told that my reservation was canceled and they do not call ahead before they cancel. The entire city was sold out because of a football game in a concert ended up sleeping in my car until the next day when there was a room available no apologies were made at all. I then got to my room passed out was woken up by staff and some guy opening the door to look for a quilt. Not to mention the floor was covered in water because of the air conditioner leak.

This place is disgusting. Took 4 tries to get an actual clean and sleepable room. I honestly want my money back

Was garbage all over the parking lot. Doors to the building didnt work and were not secure. Elevator kept getting stuck between the 3rd and 4th floors. Dirty floors/carpet as soon as you stepped off the elevators.

The staff we met were friendly and inviting. The hotel was clean - very clean. This is clearly Red Roof Inn's version of of Motel 6. If that is what you are looking for - it is perfect. Just be aware, there will not be a coffee maker...or a place to get coffee in the facility. Come prepared! There were two dining chairs in the room. So if you need a cahir to relax...bring your own! The shower was fantastic! Great water pressure! Truly, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place...it is just good to know about the lack of amenities so you come prepared. Again - wonderful and friendly staff.

Hotel waa clean, modern, staff was friendly. The bed and pillows were horribly uncomfortable, and normally i can sleep with any bed or pillow. They were awful. My roommate felt the same way about the bed, it was like a rock. We both woke up with back pain. Everything else was great.

Great value and professional staff. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

There were other people at front desk who went to their room and someone was staying there. I cancelled my reservation You know what they say if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. $53.00 a night.

Immediately upon check in I had to switch rooms due to smell and AC not working. The hotel itself smelled extremely bad and not sure why. In my new room the smell wasn’t that bad, but the there were things broken but maintence fixes them. The next day I was there, actually let me go back originally when I checked in I was told no not to worry they won’t touch your AC in your room since you are just checking in because at the time they were cleaning the ACS In every room. Well, a AC man came to my door and let me know that they would indeed he cleaning it. Called front desk and she said that no they have to clean it while I’m there. She got very rude, and I was just explaining what I was told. So they cleaned it and of course water got everywhere. In addition, there were people loitering outside and they were questionable and I didn’t feel safe at all. The maintenance man was nice, and also the maid. I did not even stay the second night because of the smell and just the overall experience and concern for my safety. I will never go again.

Convenient location. Priced right. A willingness for a early check in allowed for local sightseeing and a place to unload the ice chest out of a hot car.

Stayed here for two nights while taking care of some real estate business in the area. Was initially checked into a room that had not been cleaned from the previous occupant, but the folks at the desk quickly found another room. Overall, the place was entirely satisfactory. The room was quite clean, had a full fridge, microwave and a stove top. I didn't use any of them, in fact spent little time in the room except to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the place was reasonably quiet. Not fancy by any stretch, but a comfortable place to stay if you don't need a lot of hotel amenities.

Check in was slow, but the front desk lady was away confirming rooms were clean for next guests. (Why her? IDK.) After a short wait, I got to my room on the second floor. (Only 1 elevator - used the stairs.) Room was very clean and comfortable. No problem for me at all. Upstairs neighbors on the other hand - loud and stomping at 1am. Not the hotels fault - and the noise went away after a few minutes. This hotel is 1//4-1 mile from the other hotels and is half the price. No pool - no problem. I was in town for 1 night on business. Restaurants: large selection within 2 miles--5 within 2-3 blocks . Exterior/grounds clean. Good bang for the buck. Nothing fancy but served my needs. (This is an extended stay hotel - people live here for short periods of time. Business travelers are not the norm here.)

Nice room with microware and fridge, quiet. Only complaints are indifferent front desk to put it mildly and hard to notice turnoff to access hotel. Sits well back from Hwy as it curves and really have to look to see where to turn onto Suburban Drive. No markers or signage.

When checking in we were told that there was no hot water and it would be okay by 10:00 the next morning. Okay, 1 night without hot water is livable. However, the weather was cool and rainy and a hot shower, even a warm shower, would have been nice. When we returned to the hotel on the second evening, still no hot water. Finally we had hot water to shower before we checked out the next day. Asked about a discount or some compensation for the inconvenience and were refused. Also, there was no cookware in the kitchen if we had wanted to prepare a meal.
