Overall it seemed like a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and everyone said hi when walking past. However, our suite left a lot to be desired. The 'living area' of the suite was very dark with little lighting. The couch was stained - we didn't even use the living area because it was so depressing. The bathroom was nice, except the sink had huge cracks in it like someone had dropped a bowling ball into it. Seriously, if you rubbed your finger on one of the cracks you'd slice yourself open. The water took about 10 minutes to get warm for a shower. There was silly string on the ceiling of the bedroom area of the suite. And finally, the food at Pinnacle Grille was awful. We got the sliders and they were worse than cafeteria food. My wife wouldn't eat any of them. I hadn't eaten all day so I choked a couple down. I really hate that there were so many little things that could have easily made the stay 100x better had they not been overlooked. Overall it was a nice hotel, the beds were comfortable, the people staying there were of class, and the staff was excellent. It's just too bad those things cause me to leave a review like this. If I were to rate this based on the hotel only I would say 2.5 stars. Based on the staff and class of people staying there, I'm going to say 3 stars.

Hotel very nice staff friendly! My only issue was for the price we paid for our room you would think breakfast would have been complementary. Had to purchase breakfast buffet that was over priced for the amount of options available.

Very clean & great place to stay. I Wish breakfast would have been complimentary though. $11.99 for one person after paying $180+ for a room you’d think it would have been .

short but pleasant stay. Food service in the bar was extremely slow.

A/C units at hotel was very loud. I had to change rooms and it seems to be a result of how their A/C units are installed.

Great hotel, welcoming front desk staff, restaurant, gym, & pool. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would visit this establishment again. I'd pass on the buffet breakfast.

This is not the Holiday Inn you grew up with. Very updated, very comfortable, large rooms. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Bentonville and this one is near the top.

Great location with lots of amenities close by! Wonderful helpful staff & really enjoyed our stay

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Booked a 2 queen bed suite through a certain booking agency. When we checked in, we were given a single king bed. we had 2 adults and 2 kids. We were gona tough it out for the night, but the sofa wasn't even a sleeper sofa! One bed, four people. Wow! They refused to give us our room. The staff said this certain booking agency didn't request it, yet my confirmation email specifically said 2 queen beds. I will never stay at this hotel chain again, and I will never book with this booking agency again.

The front desk staff was very helpful and the room was very nice and spacious, (loved the setting area). Bathroom was of appropriate size and clean. The kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, sink was very handy, as well as the 2 cup coffee makers. The facility also had an indoor pool and workout area, which i was unable to enjoy that they appeared clean as well. I would highly recommend staying at this facility to anyone.

The rooms were very large - and very comfortable - the mattresses were PERFECT! Nice and firm! The staff was very nice and professional.

I was impressed at having a sitting room for informal business meetings in my room. I could have my 2-year old's clothes all over the bedroom section, but could close the door when my business partners arrived for a meeting in our personal sitting room. Staff were very friendly, and kept the towels and room clean. Location was pretty good, close enough to highway, but not close enough to hear it. Some air leaks around the air-conditioner allowed some ?cigarette smoke? to seep in from outside from time-to-time, but no worse than some places I've stayed. Restaurant was nothing to write home about, but the meals were hot, portions ok, and price was ok (for a hotel).

we went down for the BBB rally. Hotel was great. Staff very helpful for directions and recommended great eating spots. Would stay here again.

Worked, slept, showered and left the next morning.

The heater in my room had a return register really close to the bed that constantly made noise. It was very hard to sleep. I had to blast the volume on the TV to hear it. I indicated the problem to the hotel staff and nothing was done to resolve the issue. I suppose it would be teriffic for someone who enjoyed having a rattling piece of metal by their head while trying to sleep, but I do not. I tried to call the front desk to tell them about this, but nobody would answer the phone. After 20 minutes of not getting a response on the phone, I just went to the front desk. I found the attendant there to be present and it didn't seem that she was overwhelmed with something else that would have prevented her from answering the phone.

This hotel was an amazing experience. From the hotel staff to the rooms. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in.Granite top cabinets and even in the shower.Big flatscreen tv's in the bedroom as well as in the living room.

We were there for a motorcycle rally so of course there were motorcycles everywhere but we had no trouble parking and it was still very quiet and restful. The rooms were very clean and well supplied. The only thing I can say several people including our group complained about was the music in the combination bar and restaurant. The area is very small and does not need loud music where you can't even visit with each other. Other than this our stay was good.

Very nice.

The hotel was great. Clean, spacious, gym was nice, had a spa and pool for a quick dip after a long day. Plus the restaurant has some great food.
