Pretty nice place

Close to interstate Clean staff was friendly ..........,

I've been staying at the this hotel for business for years and the staff are very warm and friendly. The manager greets me every time and handles any needs that comes up. Great hotel near the convention center

Traffic was to close to room and very loud, only to realize that we could not close the windows because they were broken. I reported to the desk and they promised to send me an email offering a free stay. I never heard from them

Rooms were clean and comfortable. WiFi was out and so was cable, that was the only complaint. I feel a refund should have been given on a portion of the room cost due to that.

Rented a suite with a kitchen (stove, sink, refrigerator, and microwave). However, there are no dishes, flatware, cups, glasses, or cooking utensils in this room. ( There are 2 small plastic glasses in the bathroom) The kitchen cupboards are completely bare. NO COFFEE POT either. Grrrrrrrrrrr...... Also they advertise free Wi-Fi, except the connection you get with this is limited and thus useless. Had to pay extra to get broadband just to get on the internet and do my work. I won't be extending my stay here, Extended Stay America.

I booked this because of price for a 2-night stay. That was my mistake. Should have gone to another hotel/motel for the short stay. If one is needing extended stay, then the kitchen/room set up is fine. NO dishes, silverware, cookware, or glasses provided. Towels are worn. Bed firm. Request top floor because if you have a heavy-footed Neanderthal above you stomping around then you will hear ALL movements and sounds from said Neanderthal. Bring ear plugs if you have first or second floor room. Hallways smell badly. Entrances are a big, stinking ash tray. People that stay here long-term are not the kind of people you would want your kids to be around. Would not recommend a family or single woman to stay here. The women would find this place to be nasty.

I felt the room was worth the money I.paid for. Too close to the interstate so.didn't get much sleep and had to be up early.

First room we were given had some kind of stain on the door, and my wife's feet stuck to the bathroom floor. Looked like urine by the toilet that hadn't been wiped up. The next room they gave us was much better. Pretty spartan, basic room, but about what we expected for what we paid, and the staff was very nice.

At the end of the day when you have traveled hard staying here was almost like a reward for the many tough miles we put behind us in a 26' Rental moving truck. This should really be a 3 star not a 2 star hotel

Need to go downstairs to get own coffee, trade bath towels, ashtray for a smoking room. Bagels, oj, coffee was the continential breakfast. It is a no fuss place to stay. Fit me just fine as needed a room for a few nights while house was getting a new floor and was convient to work. Request the east side rooms as west side can be a bit noisy at night as the trucks on the near by highway go by, or just bring earplugs, mine worked fine. Price was the factor staying here, low cost & location. Will use again if needed.

Room smeels very bad. Extra money to clean the room. No shampoo in the room.

I travel about 200 days a year. This was the worst place I have ever stayed.

Got to the hotel and was given a smoking room. Went back down stairs and then given another room. It also smelled so bad that I had to leave the light with the vent on in the bathroom all night. Got about 2 hours sleep and had to drive nine hours being so tired. The lady in the lobby said any room was gonna smell cause it was coming thru the vents. To me it smelled like mildew. Even the bedding smelled. Musky smell. I didn't have the money to go to another hotel with my grandson. Second and third floor was being renovated with no carpets or walls about the lower three foot next to the floor. Looks like the halls got flooded.

Coachroaches...stained carpet...torn up walls....better than being homeless I guess..

I took pictures of the room! Absolutely disgusting! The carpet had stains of god knows what. The walls were dirty! The beds were very stiff and the pillows are as small as a throw pillow. A pathetic room for my money! I will never stay with that hotel again!

Having never stayed in an extended stay facility before I was not ready for what I experienced. I did not know I would have to request towels and soap and then have to return the used towels and rags in order to receive clean ones. I did not realize that my room would not be cleaned each day. All this was my fault for not being aware of what I was paying for. But it was not my fault that the place was filled with riff-raff. My wife was approached by what appeared to be a homeless man who asked her for a ride to the police station to get his friend out of jail. One evening we looked out the window to see four police cars in the parking lot. It seems a fight had broke out and the police had to come break it up. i woul not reccomment thid place to anyone and definitely will never use one of their failities in the future.

It was small but quaint and it had everything I needed a comfortable bed and a shower

We arrived to find that just because we had a reservation didnt necessarily mean that they reserved a room for us. They were all full and the only room available for us was a smoking room. I was not happy-----I thought the purpose for a reservation was to reserve a room for us. They didn't even apologize. The room was clean but reaked of smoke....Even the sheets and bedding smelled like smoke. In the morning I got up to make coffee because there was a coffee maker in the room for us, but no coffee. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel staff were very friendly. I got my room with no problem. I stayed here the night before I ran in the Hogeye Marathon in Fayetteville. They were so accomidating that they allowed me to have a late check-out, so after the run I had enough time to shower, and take a little nap before traveling home. I will DEFINATELY stay here again!
