I’ve been traveling a lot recently and staying at different hotels. I had much higher expectations of this hotel. While the room was clean it was really no different than cheaper hotels that I’ve been staying in. The pillows were super thin. The shower head was broken. And while definitely not the hotel’s fault, my stay was capped by the realization the following morning that my car had been broken into and items stolen.

This hotel charges the same or more for a room as any other, but it is a Double Tree so you expect more, however you get less. The rooms are not as fancy or high tech as most cheaper places and they do not include their breakfast. Not only was the breakfast an additional charge but it was under staffed. Basic items like biscuits for the biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, and forks were out. The few available tables were not bussed in an efficient manner and left guests hunting for a place to sit.

Staff at front desk are always very nice. The cookies are awesome!!

Everyone was very friendly! We enjoyed the hotel and the cookies were amazing!

The hotel was claen and located next to the College. Overall the experience was a good one. Will recommend to others.

All the attributes that make Doubletree so great as a business traveler were of benefit with family too. Teenager and 11yo son both looking for outlets were happy. They had fun at the restaurant buffet, computers and fitness room. Very professional and friendly staff. Exceptionally clean room.

The pool was alot of fun and we loved the room!!! Very cozy!!! Had a great stay already have our next trip planned :)

Nice comfortable room. A touch of luxury in an economy setting,

Nice place the "free" breakfeast was terrible.

Nice clean hotel, Comfortable beds, staff was most helpful. Free breakfast although has issues with waffle iron. Soup in evening and warm cookies were GREAT

Little did we know we had chosen a Razorback home game weekend to take our daughter on a tour of the University of Arkansas. Consiquently, we were unable to find anything reasonable in Fayetteville, so after reading the reviews and seeing that this hotel was less than 7 miles from the campus and very reasonably priced, we selected it. It was MUCH nicer than the price we paid! the room and hotel were very clean, and well appointed. Everything worked, plenty of hot water, lots of towels, VERY comfortable beds with plenty of nice squishy down feeling pillows. The location was convenient to the freeway and we were at the university campus in under 15 minutes but out of the game traffic! It was great! I would definately stay here again and again!

breakfast menu was good but food was cold everything else was nice and comfortable

I was in town for the Offshoot Film Festival in Fayettevile, AR. The hotel was as promised: clean, comfortable, modern. Although not too far from Fayetteville, if you plan to drink, factor in cab fair when comparing rates. Conveniently located right off of highway for easy travel into Fayetteville.

Wonderful room, very relaxing, great bed, and nice shower heads. Family member stayed at another hotel for same price and had horrible experience. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was all very pleasant. The rooms were nice and the beds were awesome!!!! Would love to stay there again anytime we are in the area.

good location for bbb

Freindly and quit great working environment allowed me to get ready for service class.

I was a little dissapointed in the value. I know the prices were elevated because it is a college town and there was a big game. The locateion felt secure. The staff was friendly enough and the room was clean, so I have no overall complaints.

great rooms friendly atmosphere

Check-In was quick and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is very convenient to the freeway and restaurants are close by. The room was very comfortable and I would recommend this hotel for business travelers.

I cannot apologize enough for the experience you had while staying with us on your latest trip to our area. I hope that you had the front desk call the police and file a police report about your vehicle and the stolen items. Please let us know if there is anything you need from us in doing that. Once again, please know we are extremely sorry and working hard to make sure no future guest leaves feeling the way that you did.
