Smells like smoke in a non smoking room, had to buy air freshener and Lysol. Bathroom and bed were disgusting hadn't been cleaned, asked to leave and get refund they wouldn't do it since I booked through Orbitz, called Orbitz for help and received none. Will never stay here again or book through Orbitz

Outside looks new. Inside of the room was older. They charged my card before I even got there and they did not have authorization to do so.

Its a place just to go sleep, not to go and a have a vacation and relax.

It's just an average motel. The room is spacious and breakfast was good.

The room was clean and the breakfast fare the usual(bagel, cold/hot cereal, danish, etc). Not far to U of A. Walmart near by. Would stay again.

It was just what we needed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem was the blow dryer didn't work but a maid allowed us use of another in a different room. They were very helpful.

This hotel leaves something to be desired- it is fairly rundown in need of serious updating. That said, the room was cleaner than nearly any other hotel I have stayed in and the staff were all top-knotch! A good value.

We needed a quick place to stay that was near our destination. They handled our reservation without any problem and provided us with a nice room.

This hotel was perfect for our need, came to Fayetteville for my daughters wedding. Its right of the highway, easy to get to.

All was well except baseboards could use a good cleaning, there was coffee and coffee maker but no pot for the coffee maker, and they make you sign a cc bill for $25 just in case you damage or steel from the room. It is not suppose to be be charged to your cc unless you do those things. I did not damage anything or steal anything, but they charged my card the $25 the day "after" I checked out.

Assigned a room on upper floor but pet next door. Requested a room change and was accommodated without any problems. Room with king bed was comfortable. Room was clean and frig/micro worked perfectly. Breakfast consisted of make your own waffle,cold/hot cereal, bagels, blueberry and banana nut muffins, fruit cup, and juice available. Good value and would consider staying again. Do have to take Krupa St and drive thru Quality Inn parking lot to get to Travelodge. Close to University and would consider staying again. Good value.

I've stayed here while working out of town for the past several weeks. I have recommended it to several of my co workers and they to have stayed here. It's reasonably priced for extended stays out of town.

was there visiting family. the room was comfortable but did see bugs. The breakfast could of been better, only had waffles and dried muffins. Needs better access to motel.

We were there for a family wedding and had a good time. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were half size. There was mold in the bathroom and the hair dryer didn't work. There is no elevator so we had to have a first floor room and the only one available was by the pool so there was noise late at night. The parking lot was dreadfull. We couldn't miss the potholes anywhere. However, we were comfortable and the people were very nice. Upkeep was good considering what they had to work with.

NEED BIGGER CUPS FOR COFFEE AND JUICE MORE TO CHOOSE FROM FOR CONTIN BREAKFAST THE ROOM WAS GREAT AND CLEAN AND QUITE

We enjoyed our stay. It was a spacious room that was well kept. A remarkable stay for the price we paid for the night (under $40). If you are looking for somewhere to lay your head down for the night then this is a great deal. We woke up late and the front desk staff agreed to leave the breakfast buffet out for another 30 minutes so that we could get ready and get down there and eat! Oh and the breakfast was great. Egga, biscuits and gravy, waffles, juice, cereal, bagels, etc. Yummy!

The room was pretty much as expected. Stayed 2 nights and the rooms weren't cleaned in between. Another guest's vehicle was broken into on the parking lot.
