The hotel was clean and looked nice but they allowed kids to run up and down the halls from 11pm-1am when I finally called the front desk. There was no coffee available before 6am (you have to buy it) and that is not acceptable. With all of the other options out there I will pass on this hotel next time.
Very accommodating. I needed late check out for an out of state sr appointment, and barely had to ask before they said no problem.
Everything was fine and no problem at all, but I didn't know that the hotel's pool has been closing because of COVID-19 because I requested them about the pool and it was closing.
Beautiful rooms that feel large and feel clean (not cold and sterile) The hotel just felt different than most that I had been in. It just felt really good!
The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming! Had an issue with temperature control in room and water temperature in restroom. I was moved to another room with ease. The property was nice and clean. However, breakfast was pricey!
This hotel was convenient quiet offered early check in had a stain Ks and nice bistro It was perfect
The hotel had a smell of sewage in all of the main areas. The was excessive noise in the room above of for several hours in the middle of the night.
No free coffee in the lobby ! Even “budget” hotels give you this.
So was there for a 3 night stay to attend a graduation. Paid more than I should have for this level of hotel. Normally, I always try to go with a Marriot brand as they are usually very consistent. Day one: toilet in room wouldn't flush, went to front desk and the very nice lady handed me a plunger and told me to try that (really? I didn't know I was a plumber). Didn't work, so called to let her know. They ended up moving us to another room that had 1 bed and a pull out sleeper-not ideal as I had no desire to sleep on a pullout sofa, but wasn't going to let my elderly mom do it. Water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom and ants all over the mini kitchen. Next day, told them about the ants, the very nice staff said they would go spray. The last night, still ants everywhere, but I was too tired to complain. I think it's a shame that you hike up the prices during times when you know a lot of people are coming to town, but don't bother with routine maintenance. I have to return for a wedding in October, probably will not stay here
It was a little pricey, but overall the stay was great.
Difficult & ineffective climate control, overly hard bed with inadequate blankets & uncomfortable pillows - all making it very difficult to sleep. Normal water temperatures in PM, but only hot & hotter available in AM. Overpriced considering drawbacks.
The room was very comfortable and clean. We only were able to stay late evening and checked out early. The bed was very comfortable. Overall positive experience.
Extremely clean hotel and friendly staff. Will stay there again when in town.
It was a great location in the city, and had a lovely lobby! I would have given 5 stars all around if their gym equipment was better serviced.
I would have liked to see a complimentary breakfast instead of the VERY expensive bistro for breakfast in such a high quality hotel as this one...and the price for one night was on the high end .
couldnt have been any better..staff very friendly..room exceptionally clean
The hotel was very nice and well located. There was a breakfast buffet which was very reasonably priced and a good value. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
Very friendly staff, very clean hotel! Breakfast was great as well.
Stayed two nights and enjoyed it very much. Great place to stay with excellent staff and many choice very close for food and shopping.
