Good hotel. Would stay again. Clean, friendly, good location.
Quiet, clean hotel, excellent breakfast. Great room. Great business hotel.
We enjoyed the stay at our hotel. Pool and hot tub looked very nice but did not get a chance to get in. May be next time.
I've staying at the Courtyard Bentonville a few times now and I am always happy with the room, staff, etc. It's a solid hotel and I've never had a negative experience here. I would recommend as a three start. Good value
Location is excellent for meetings at Wal-Mart corporate, but there were issues during our business stay. While trying to prepare for our business meeting the following day, people at the bar became loud and out of line with the two young men that were working the front desk and bar. The situation became so out of hand we could no longer work in that are. The lobby and bar area are attached so it is open for noise. Staffing was inadequate for serving breakfast.
Disorganized front desk with uncaring staff. Very noisy location like sleeping on the highway. Very expensive room with budget motel comfort. Not a good value.
When we arrived at the Hotel from the airport we were really happy with the location--close to the Crystal Bridges Museum. However, when we entered the lobby, we became painfully aware of the incomplete status of their on-going renovation. It gave a general sense of chaos and disorder to the Hotel (Lobby, elevators, public rest rooms, etc.). When we checked in, they indicated we would be given a complimentary breakfast to offset our inconvenience. I think it was very nice to offer the breakfast, but it would have been nicer to tell us of the renovation status prior to check-in. We were shown to our rooms on the 2nd floor which were fine. However, we were constantly bothered with flies in the room. Not sure where they were coming in, but there were a bunch in our room. It made sleeping a little difficult and not pleasant.
Nice hotel after we found it. Hard to find it by the directions I found. The staff was very helpful. Nice stay.
My wife & I went down with another couple to the bike rally the 1st weekend in Oct. Our 1st morning of riding didn't start out well. Our friends bike's battery went completely dead and and when he asked if he could run an extension cord to the outside so he could put it on the charger he was told no. The person at the front desk told him to bring his bike into the lobby of the hotel and and plug in the charger there and then gave us directions to a nearby restrauant. Talk about taking care of your customers. They went above and beyound. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the staff was friendly
Nice comfortable quiet clean.convenient to hiways etc. Nice friendly people
Real quick stay in Bentonville. Staff was friendly and room was clean!
The employees were very helpful and visible, not just one person at the front desk. Would stay at this one again no doubt. The sofa was not the most comfortable to sit an relax, that is the only thing I think could be improved for relaxing after a long day in car. Certainly not a deal breaker.
Staff was courteous. Breakfast not included as quoted on Orbitz, paid $5 p/p at check in or would have to pay $9.95 p/p at time of breakfast. Glad was only $5 as was not worth that much. The breakfast was buffet except for the eggs, normally scrambled on the buffet, but had sign on same that said eggs would be cooked to order. I felt sorry for the cashier/stand in cook. Due to filling 2 duties some people had somewhat of a wait for their eggs. My overeasy eggs were ok, wife's scrambled left a little to be desired. Otherwise, breakfast and hotel room were fine.
Very impressed with staff and breakfast. Room was very clean and the work-out room was great with excellent equipment. The price of the room was very resonable. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
