clean room and hotel; shuttle service to game was great

Hotel was okay. Staff is uber friendly. Place in general is very clean. Facilities are tad dated.

Quick check in, nice room! My mother and I stayed in a king suite for my step-sons wedding and reception.

Went during parent weekend at U of A. They upped the price so much, I will never use this hotel again. Also they have cheap mattresses and pillows in rooms.

Having never stayed in this particular brand before I was pleasantly suprised. It's not a GREAT place to stay, but it is a good place to stay. Seemed safe, allowed my dogs. No restaurant on site but several in the very neat vicinity. Would definitely recommend. Staff was very nice too!

We stayed at a 2 queen bed suite there for four nights. The room was clean although the beds were too soft. Overall the stay is pretty good.

We were in Fayetteville on a weeknight for a concert on Dickson St. We picked this hotel because it was the cheapest one nearby that was pet-friendly and didn't have crummy reviews. Expecting something pretty mediocre, we were very pleasantly surprised!! Looks to have been recently remodeled and the room was very comfortable and clean. Super nice kitchenette, although we were only there for a night so we didn't use that, or the gym or laundry. Front desk service was very friendly and helpful. Location is nothing special, at least in the immediate area, but we were able to leave our car downtown and run back to it the next day w/out having to run down the highway, so that is nice... i.e. there are nice roads around back of the hotel where you can run or walk your dog, away from the highway and parking lots. Overall a great value, would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for one night and I'm glad I didn't have to stay any longer because I got very little sleep due to the bed being so rough. Everything else was great. The description of the room was weak too.

Great little place to stay on the relatively cheap. Personnel were wonderfully friendly and room was nice. Full size fridge & small kitchen included. Very clean and many extras. Bed was on the small side, but will fill the bill for a couple of days no problem. Overall a very very nice hotel for the price and location. Will use it again when going to Fayetteville for sporting events or a night out on Dickson.

I liked the hotel. The room was very large with a kitchen. My only complaint was the refrigerator's being noisy when it was running (which wasn't that often). Bathroom pretty Spartan and no shampoo supplied. Nice hallway, wide and well-lit. Would stay here again. Somewhat dubious location in a strip mall area but very convenient to the university. All in all a good choice.

Clean and new (or new-looking). Rooms set up for long-term stay with fully equipped kitchen. Big bathroom, but a little cramped by the queen bed. No breakfast, but with a kitchen, you can fix your own.

As soon as I checked in I knew I had made the right decision to stay here. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. They answered all my questions and provided me with information about the area (places to eat, places to shop, and places to see). The room was outstanding. It was roomy, extremely clean, and comfortable. The bath was well stocked with towels and amenities. The kitchenette was well stocked. There were plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very clean and new. Everything was great except we didn't get our room cleaned and had to go down to desk to get a change of towels. Don't know why that happened. Otherwise great place.

This hotel was very affordable and the hotel rooms are setup as studios with a kitchen. This is really helpful for an extended trip. I would recommend it to anyone.

It was great! The service was awesome and the room was very clean. I will stay there again.

Very nice. They had everything we needed plus things that we might need.

Visited all the local spots. There were no sight maps at the front desk.

Nice location close to U of A. Hotel has new feel, clean, and comfortable beds.
