Looks like a factory building. the set up of the front desk is ill defined and not warm or welcoming. food in restaurant was average at best and therefore over priced. I expected a more special experience in the hotel to go along with the special museum and site.

This hotel is simply amazing! From the time you step onto the property you are surrounded by fabulous works of art. The front desk is simple so it blends effortlessly in the walls so that the artwork takes center stage. The location is close to the Crystal Bridges museum, great food and other fabulous finds! I can’t wait until I can go back...it’s definitely worth the price!

When I arrived, I was told that I could not get into the room I registered for back in Feb. that is I would not be able to get two queens, they would give me one bed for two people to sleep together, and they could bring in a single rollaway bed/cot this was totally unexceptable, disappointing, and an unfortunate way to be introduced to a hotel when you walk in, first impression was very upsetting. Processing what happened put a damper on our stay, uneasy feeling towards why this was happening. The only reason I would recommend this hotel is because there are no other other hotels in the town. I would have given a better reveiw if this problem had not arisen. No one should be treated in this manner. You never know who the person is that you are changing reservation and things could have gotten worse.

Very hip and trendy hotel near the store baby Bell Square. Entire first floor is art space

The room seemed as if it were assembled the day we stayed. The room was missing complimentary items, the items in the fridge were tepid until the next morning and the decor was bland.

If there were flaws, I would b the first to point them out.

I was on a girls trip. We loved the location, the comfort of the hotel and the very friendly staff. The art work in the hotel was very unique and interesting. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. This hotel is a great experience. We all loved the penguins and how they move around.

Possibly trying too hard but so fun none the less. Great bar, funky art, nice staff, interesting design.

Nice getaway and met all of our expectations. Everything we needed was there or within walking distance. Plenty to do with many activities nearby. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful and very helpful.

Great stay from start to finish......excellent restaurant within hotel too.

Beautiful hotel, amazing art everywhere, friendly low-key staff. Ice bucket filled while you are out in the evening and there is a nespresso coffee maker in the room. These two items are my idea of perfection!

Loved everything about our night at 21C ~ I really felt as though we were in NYC or Las Vegas! Very nicely appointed room, everything that you need but appears to be very minimalist. The bathroom is nice and private ~ makes it nice when you have several guests in the same room. I saw as I was checking out that the hotel is dog friendly! Can't wait to go back with our little chihuahua's! Dinner at The Hive was great! The Chef presents the food beautifully and the taste is wonderful. I'm always a fan of a pastry chef that prepares everything in house ~ even our cookies were perfection. Don't hesitate to try this hotel ~ the Art display is great and the walkways to Crystal Bridges are even better!

From the moment we checked in with Ben at the front desk, we were treated to a top-rate hotel experience. He was incredibly professional, helpful, offering us options with regard to restaurants and lovely walks to the museum. The room was gorgeous, and we enjoyed the bar and all the art in the lobby. Can't wait to return!

This is by far one of my favorite hotels. Conveniently located, large comfortable rooms, intriguing art displayed through the hotel, and yummy food from their restaurant, The Hive! Only place I'd stay if I return.

Great Rooms. Great Hotels. Great Staff. Had a small issue with the air conditioning in my room, but engineering took care of it and hotel was sensitive to the issue as well. Rooms are huge. Art in hotel is very cool. Good restuarant. Great location. Highly recommended.

Couldn't get away for New Year's weekend but our stay at the Bentonville 21c was the best possible alternative. Great service, first class suite and one of the best restaurants in town.

The hotel was filled with provocative, thoughtful work by top artists. Several who are my favorites. It was very well appointed and the restaurant was excellent. The young and bright staff were helpful but when I check in I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied, then a room key that didn't work on the elevator. On the third time they got it right.

Fun,trendy, upscale. The only place to stay when visiting Crystal Bridges.

We really enjoyed staying here--THE place to stay in Bentonville. Excellent art!

Please accept our apologies for the issues you encountered in your room, we had just installed a new carpet and repainted all the room in that floor and we apparently missed some details. This is indeed not acceptable and we hope you will give us another chance. Emmanuel Gardinier | General Manager
