Days Inn by Wyndham Benson

I was happy with everything no complaints here. Thank you and when in town again I will stay here again.

The price/quality ratio was astounding. The breakfast had plenty of choices. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

the room was good, the property is located just off the highway which is very convenient. Shops are just up the road.

The sheets and blanket i used for my rollerbades was very very old.

Check in was fast with familiar faces and quite and the bed was to die for! ×MY THING× 💋

It was everything I expected. I stayed here one night after passing through Tucson (on I-10) and having dinner there. Hotels in Tucson that are at the same level as this one is quite a bit more expensive than those in Benson. And if you drive about 30 more minutes on I-10 east, hotels at this same level will be even cheaper. This hotel was clean and comfortable, but nothing fancy at all. Breakfast was good enough and the condition of the rooms were fine.

We checked in late and they were very accommodating.

Booked it on line, and booked a non smoking room(or so we thought) turned out to be a smoking only room when we got there and no more rooms were available. Additionally, there was no elevator for a 2 story hotel...not that we minded hauling our luggage up stairs, but in this day and age to not have an elevator....I thought a large chain like Days Inn would be all handicapped accessible.

Comfortable room. Good tv and internet. Bed very comfortable and quiet. Cleaning staff need to do job better for cleanliness and overall hygiene. Bathroom sink not cleaned, no tissue in box and mirror was smeared from improper cleaning. Floor dirty behind bathroom door. Microwave had not been cleaned inside. Basic breakfast but one notch above only because had hot scrambled eggs to the items. Addition of one meat protein would have raised review to good here. Overall reasonable accommodation considering the price paid. Overall rating would have been higher if cleaning staff did their job well.

We booked a NON-SMOKING room with 2 double beds since we have a 20-month old and an 8-year old girls. We arrived around 6pm and our room was not ready. They upgrdaded us to a SMOKING suit with a king bed because "nothing else was available". We are NOT smokers and we have two young kids!!! Afraid to be without a room that late on Saturday in a small town, we agreed. The room stunk and was dirty. I am not sure if the sheets were changed. We walked around in Walmart just to kill time to avoid the smell of the room. Nonsmokers and people with kids will understand that no matter what you are upgrdaded to, the tobacco smell is the killer. We left before 8 am on the next morning. If you cannot fulfill the booking order, why don't you let the customers know ahead of time? We were way past our check-in time. We did see many rooms on both floors with propped doors, messy beds, and bathrooms that evening. Just interesting, how many customers got the rooms they actually booked on December 30th, 2017?!

Assigned a smoking room on first floor, no elevator to get a non smoking room on second floor

Decent basic hotel, friendly staff. They need to clean their rooms better though, dropping a camera battery and having to go under the sideboard revealed how often it was cleaned under there. Everywhere else was clean.

We can always count on a quiet stay with a good nights sleep here when we take a road trip. Front desk staff is efficient and the morning breakfast is very nice.

Very disappointing - the reviews didn't reflect our experience. The first room we were assigned was already occupied. It felt very invading walking in on someone's personal space. The second room, the door was jammed. Considered walking away at that point but didn't want to be out the money so went ahead. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Toothpaste spots on the mirror and sink, hair in the bathtub. The floor had not been vacuumed whatsoever. The beds were made and the trash was taken out, that was the only way I could hope to guess that the room had been "cleaned." The power also went out in the middle of the night for about 5 seconds - not sure what happened there. The front desk staff was one person, she was apologetic and she was very nice but she can't be solely responsible for an entire motel, and it seemed pretty clear that was the case as she mentioned she had been there 11 hours already and she was on the phone with I assume her manager or someone helping her through the computer screens. Breakfast looked too scary to consider. When I did an initial review, the manager responded and said "we are working on the hotel." I hope so, but I'll be staying at the Best Western for a few bucks more, next time I'm in Benson.

There were bugs everywhere. Prior to going to bed I had to remove a few bugs from the bedspread. The pillows were 4 small squares on a king size bed. The breakfast was not even what I could have bought at the gas station. All in all one of the worst motels I've ever stayed at.
