Had come to Bangalore for official stay for two days, and booked at Ramada Bangalore, decent rooms and food at Tiger Trail Restaurant was good & courteous staffs with attentive service, located near Indian express circle, has got GYM which is fully equipped, and staff are very friendly,
The hotel is very well located. About 5-7 mins drive from MG Road and Brigade Road. Check-in was smooth and we were given a room on the 7th floor! The room was large and for 3 people with an extra bed it didn't feel crowded. The staff at the hotel are humble and the buffet breakfast is very satisfying. For lunch and dinner the items on the menu are very well priced.
I had an amazing treat and experience in here. The hotel and restaurant staff were always really nice to me, even for a young informal guy like me. I basically have no complains at all. Even the manager helped me to get a SIM card, with no extra fee charged to the room. There was security in the dorms and cleanliness. just a mexican guy Best, Juan
Dirty Rooms, Staff so particular that one hour before check-in will be charged as well. Stenched Bathroom, Not working Mini-Bar. How much should be said. Minibar is checked when you are inside ( seems they dont trust the clients) Small beds - feels like a love hotel. No windows in the room.
Stayed here for couple of days in the beginning of this month, experience was good. Basic facilities were up to the mark like Rooms are clean, food was nice, WiFi was good, staffs were courteous, most importantly the location was very nice. Its very near to the shivaji nagar market. Value for money.
With family, trying to check in at 1 am, and it took them half an hour to check in. As soon as I entered the room, I was aghast, got the room changed which had so many things broken / not working. Clicked a few pics to ensure I have the backup too. Way to go Ramada, its a big let down on this brand.
Hotel staff was wonderful, restaurant was delicious and wait staff professional. But the room needs patching, painting, cleaning and renovating which is why we give it a 3. It was moldy and the furniture marked and sad. The beds were comfortable. All in all the rooms were deficient for a Ramada and disappointing
Was on a personal visit to Banglore and the wedding destination was closest to Ramada. The complimentary breakfast was good. Even with very few guests out for breakfast they had live counters for eggs and dosa. Rooms were also nice and good service. The only thing lacking is the location due to which you don't get a very great view from the rooms.
Had booked on Ramada's site. When arriving very late night to the property (the UBER driver had difficulties to find the hotel), i was asked to wait, the receptionist on night shift had to settle issues with another guest trying to check in. I was told that the reservation can't be found on the system, when providing my confirmation, reservation was "found" though the booked room-category was not available. The gent told me (after midnight by now), that I will be upgrated to a suite while for this night only, I should keep my suitcase packed when leaving the room for the day and my bag will be moved to the room of category I had booked. For me actually a downgrade and not an upgrade, changing the room after a few hours of sleep after a long day traveling respectively full of meetings. The "suite" consisted of 2 bedrooms adjoining (4 beds), 1 bathroom and a sitting area. Clean but dated! TV only few chanels, all in Hindi. Free WiFi, room was smoking (as I had booked). Note that one of the rooms had no window at all, the other room had a blinded window that could not be opened. So actually a room with no view. After 6 hours of sleep I repacked my suitcase, moved for breakfast (nice restaurant, full breakfast) and informed front office staff. that the suitcase is left packed at room. When returning to the hotel in the eve, the front office manager told me that I may stay in the room (so why had I packed).
