Really enjoyed their cozy Italian restaurant with excellent staff. The pool area is very relaxed, not too many visitors. Infinity swimming pool in this part of the city really allows one to enjoy the landscape.

Stayed there as part of a 1 day business trip. I was given a room on the 10th floor. Check-in was smooth, room quite spacious with 2 single beds and all necessary toiletries were present. Did not use the wifi but was promptly told of the password and username at the time of check-in itself. Staff very courteous. The dinner was very standard - nothing great, however the next day buffet breakfast was good with a wide spread.

I stayed with the hotel for a week in August. The rooms are old, damp and smell of too much air freshener. The hotel doesn't have much competition given its close location to the tech park. The room rates are too expensive considering their state. This is however offset by a fantastic staff in the restaurants and at the Terminus bar. Their service, is attentive and very good and the quality of food is also great.

The aroma in the lobby takes you to European hotels. The design in terms of high ceilings, the furniture, the art very appealing and gives an impression of style and luxury. The welcome was polite, helpful by the reception. The room large space, well appointed. The view is not great but makes up in terms of luxurious interiors with a modern contemporary theme. Food in the restaurants separately reviewed. Quick note - The Italian is a modified Italian food and very experimental and we found it way below the expectation on price. Coffee shop good spread and wide variety, service confused. Taste, yet to catch up with the average competition.

Frequent travelers to India know that a soft mattress in India is hard to find. When traveling to Bangalore ( business in Electronic City) The crown Plaza is an excellent choice. When taking the club room option breakfast is included, 3 pieces of laundry a day and access to the club lounge (free drinks and snacks) is included. When leaving for the airport the day of your departure, leave in time. Most intercontinental flight leave at night, but traffic in Bangalore is horrible. My last visit it took 3 hours to get to the airport; heavy traffic and flooding of roads due to heavy rain ( August)

I recently attended a function at the Crowne Plaza Bengaluru. I was very impressed with the way the function was managed. Very attentive staff, great service and the food was awesome. Few people wanted to take back a parcel as well :). We stayed back at the hotel post the function - the rooms as very well laid out and spacious. Top class amenities. The campus where the hotel is located is lush green and very pleasing to the eye. We had the brunch at their coffee shop 24@43 where one gets spoilt for choice. The Italian restaurant is also very popular and well stocked.Overall great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the function.

Good place to stay if you are attending an event at the hotel or visiting nearby Tech campuses. Rooms are well laid out and offer views over various IT campuses. Price point is high but usually includes a good breakfast spread.

In the world of 5 Star competition, often few things get neglected in maintaining that status. This hotel is a sheer example of that. The staff is really good, extra helpful, and very courteous however the room doesn't reflect the same satisfactory feeling. People tell me I am spoilt by these these big 5 stars and that I keep picking the smallest of the issues which could have been neglected. But why the heck, aren't we paying that money to experience it? It's like I am paying for a business class fare but I get small cramped seat or non functioning recliner seats. Anyways coming back to this hotel. Being the only 5 Star hotel in the vicinity of Electronic City, the hub of Infosys and all IT giants, I guess they overlooked the decorating conditions of the room. White cement plasters being visible, stained pots, creaky wooden floors, shabby wallpaper jobs, all yell out to your face that you are paying a 5 Star price for a 3 Star comfort. I always prefer to stay at ITC Gardenia, ITC Windsor or even Leela in bangalore. You feel royal there. Every inch of the room is thoroughly checked and made to make you feel good about entering the room. Crown Plaza, you need to either get your price down or take care of the rooms. To all the people flying in to bangalore in long haul flights and get jet lagged and then another cablagged journey to the hotel which takes easily two hours, book wisely. Adding pics of the room so you can judge. And I hope they improve on.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 3 nights on Business. Got room on the 10th floor, nice view. Very spacious with a great bath. Breakfast is OK. Have seen better spreads in smaller Hotels though. Staff very attentive and courteous. The sense of space one gets in the Hotel is the standout. The lighting in the Hotel is not quite bright but when asked that seems to be the motif for the place. Overall very good but expect a little better on the cuisine

I stayed here this month as was visiting Bangalore for some work in proximity to ECity. This is far end of Bangalore, suggested staying if you have work nearby or you travel in wee hours else traffic kills you. Pros: quick check in, comfortable beds, clean room. Wi fi was slow. Quiet rooms. Pool and gym are good. They can improve on their food menu by giving more options. I will still want to repeat next time.
