Super 8 Bend

The indoor pool was freezing cold. The sauffet was falling apart outside...Looked horrible with material falling all over the ground. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had waffles, biscuits and gravy one day and hard boiled eggs the next, variety of cereals, breads, and fruits. Room was decent enough.

The hotel was fine enough. The bed was a rock though and the TV had no remote. Water pressure was pretty low. The hot tub and pool were clean.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel smelled like smoke even in the no smoking areas. The carpets looked stained and dirty. Our towels and bedsheets were stained.

Needs serious updating in the rooms and the facility. Room was fairly clean hotel staff very helpful and courteous.

If you are not an early riser don't expect breakfast. The sign says breakfast until 9 on week days and 10 on weekends, but it was put away at 9:15 on Saturday and Sunday. The tiny pool was packed with kids, even during the "Adults only," hours. The blankets on the beds had burn marks on them. On a positive note there were no bed bugs. You get what you pay for.

liked having inside hall ways. With having a 3mo baby I felt more secure.

There was a heavy smoker smell in the non smoking room and there was not as other room available for let and we had to take it anyway. They did give us an ionizer for the room , but that made is smell just as bad. We woke up with horrible headache s.

The hotel was in a bad neighborhood and the staff member who checked us in was rude/hurried with her check-in process. We were also charged an extra $59 to our credit card that I luckily caught in my statement and had to dispute it. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to friends and family.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Maid service does nothing but make the bed...leaves trash on counters and doens't wash or replace glasses. Makes me question the cleanliness of the hotel. Hot tub SUCKS...luke warm and jets are at the bottom off the seat! Not even worth going in. Pool looks fun for the kids if I had any :)

Clean room friendly staff, convenient locat location

Not a great Experience! No laundry, Bag 2 out of 6 key cards worked. Shower water too restricted. No Frig. No Micro wave. It would have been nice to know this up front.

Everything was OK, except that on a non smoking floor the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway was overwhelming.

We had a good stay here. Staff was good the continental breakfast was actually pretty good. Biggest down fall, price and the comfort of the beds was awful.

Old hotel in need of updating. Old mattresses were very uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was barely adequate in selections. No elevators.

Good rooms and facilities, helpful pleasant staff, excellent value.

Ok place to stay. Nothing exciting. Good short stay

We had an average stay at this Super 8. Nothing remarkable. The free breakfast was simple. You could warm the cinnamon buns in the microwave. It was no more or less than expected.

Very large CLEAN rooms. Nice free breakfast. Wonderful staff. I WILL stay there again.

There is really nothing wrong with this hotel in Bend, except the price. I can deal with the average & boring room, the course bedsheets, the bright lights and absence of atmosphere. I cannot deal with that for $100 a night. Or $90 plus tax, whatever it was, it was insanely overpriced. Also, that complimentary breakfast that many of these places still offer, with the bad fruit, white bread, watered down coffee and a waffle maker, come on! There is nothing good, healthy or breakfast about any of it. If I ate that, I'd feel horrible all day. If the room had cost $60, I would have been fine with that. There are other hotels in the area that have better or more appropriate prices, they just weren't on the internet.

It was clean and the staff was great. I enjoyed my stay and will be booking there again, for my next month getaway shopping trip.

Dear Sonya, Thank you for choosing the Super 8 while in Bend, and for taking your time to review your stay with us. We are all happy to hear that over all you had a good experience. And we do apologize for the short time our pool wasn't as warm as it usually is, the heater has since been replaced and it is back up to the comfortable 83 degrees that most of our guests enjoy! Unfortunately, like much of Central Oregon our building was hit hard by the winter storms this year and the exterior is still being repaired. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, we hope to have the opportunity to have you as our guest again. Safe Travels, Belinda Liskh Hotel Manager
