10 SHARC Passes for 2025!

Inside this stunning luxury home, you will find a spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with large windows, hardwood floors, wood accents and beautiful furnishings.

On the main level you will find 4 ensuite bedrooms, each with a king bed, TV and it's own private bathroom.

Head upstairs to find a 5th king suite and a 6th bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds and also an attached bathroom. Also upstairs is a spacious bonus room with a full wet bar, pool table, arcade game, and foosball table!

5 Mulligan is our first home with an electric car charger; a Tesla charger is available in the garage!

Head onto the garage and challenge each other to some ping pong or electronic basketball. Keep your drinks cold while you play in the Margaritaville cooler or get outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 8 adult bikes and probably several youth/kid bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

*This home has an ADT security system.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
