Very outdated- bathroom nice- the rest of the room could use a total overhaul- I never sat down in the room- room service very good

The bathroom door was not fixed to the door frame but just laid against the bathroom wall. When I notified the front desk, they sounded surprised checked it out promptly. Then the person checking recollected a recent incident where a little girl kept locking herself in and that they had to take the door down. The story didn't seem to make sense and was likely contrived. The person then offered to move us to another room, but only from the next day onwards. The breakfast was of cheap quality and there weren't enough tables in the room to seat even half of the patrons. The whole incident made it seem like the staff didn't really care much to keep the equipment functional. Wouldn't not go there again unless i'm making last minute reservations and this is the only hotel available at a sane price.

I drove 7hrs with my 12 year old daughter and arrived at hotel around 2:30 check in is suppose to be at 3. I was told by the manager that my room wouldn't be ready until at least 4. I told him about the website he said I've worked here 9 years and its never been that early. There was a hand made sign behind the desk that said " Check In 4pm" I told him I just drove 7hrs and have nowhere to go he had no response and did not seem to care. Upon check in the room had been cleaned but was by no means clean. Dirty gross carpet, torn blanket on bed, blankets paper thin, frayed towels, etc etc. The plugs in the room would barely hold our phone chargers in and they just coming unplugged and falling out. You basically get what you pay for here. The room was warm and the bed itself was comfortable and that's about it.

With a <1-mile walk to the Old Mill District (prefer via Franklin, not Greenwood) and a short block from Safeway, the location for the price is very good. Appears that the bathroom in our unit had been updated but the main area could use some attention. A/C was fine though I found the controls a bit confusing.

Air conditioners turned off, knobs taken off air conditioners and heaters. Seemed annoyed at the large crowd for free breakfast, a bother to keep restocking food.

Staff was great but could not up hold posted parking regs. Employee's parked in no parking zone by Handicap Parking. While approaching the motel from the south trees block there sign and made it hard to get into. Stayed here two years ago and they have made physical improvements and it was looking very nice now. Pricing was the highest we had to pay during our time in Oregon for comparable Motels/Hotels. List of people not to rent to visible to customers.

Way over priced, needs alot of work, has potential if the owners invest some money into it.

The rooms were in need of refurbishment, but clean.

We have stayed there several times amd this time we got a upstairs room. They get way less use (no elevator) so it was much nicer then the normal downstairs rooms. Shower hot and clean tv clear. Breakfast is ok as far as they normally go.

This trip was last minute but so worth it. If your looking for comfort and a big buffet breakfast in Bend, but wanting to watch your budget, this is the perfect place! My parents and I enjoyed our weekend stay and will definitely come back! Clean, decent, and surprisingly big breakfast!

We were in town for a long weekend family vacation. Our daughter is 9 months old and the hotel was quite accommodating. The room we requested was a single queen bed so there was plenty of room for the pack'n'play. The room even came with a little sofa which made feeding her easier. The pool was very nice and clean. They even provided pool towels!! Breakfast was above my expectations. I was expecting just bagels and cereal but there was French toast, potatoes, etc every day. While in town we explored downtown Bend and the High Desert Museum. You can actually walk downtown from this hotel! And it was only a 15 min drive from the museum.

We were quite happy with our stay at this Days Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful, plenty of parking. Room was found neat and clean and the hotel was quiet all night long. Would recommend for families with kids.

Good place to stay with very courteous staff. Room was a bit dated but very adequate. Breakfast was good. Seating area is a bit small. Close downtown activity. Overall, we would stay there again, good value for $$.

I requested non-smoking & got a smoking room, didn't realize that was why I was getting the odor until I was leaving. Bathroom door lock was broke. Breakfast was good.

My family broke down in bend where we were stuck for 4 days. Days inn out of the 3 hotels we stayed at was the greatest. Even after checkout while waiting for a ride they offered another night to us for free and we passed thinking we were going home that day but the car broke again. I called them and they said it would've still been an available offer but they just filled their last room. They felt so bad and we very sensitive to our situation. Great place and wonderful hotel breakfast!

Somehow we showed up in Bend during a very busy travel weekend. Days Inn was one one of the few hotels with rooms still available, but at an outrageous price. Pool was nice and room was tidy and seemed updated recently. Overall, though, it's about what you'd expect.

The best breakfast at any hotel well done! older hotel w/ upgrades and a nice staff very clean!

This motel is very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend in Bend.

Hot breakfast at this price, and adequate room make for a good value.

I was traveling around the region and needed a reasonable place to stop overnight and get some much-needed rest. This place hit the spot. Free breakfast was very nice. Rooms are nothing to write home about. Right on the edge of getting run down, but the good number of other cool travelers/blue-collar workers staying there made the place feel safe to park your car. I wouldn't want to spend a couple days here as I think I was reacting to one of their cleaning products, it's very basic in amenities, and very blah rooms - but it certainly hit the spot for an overnight travel through for a great price.
