Internet speed is 300MBPS. Juice box EV type 2! 3rd room is the game room queen futon. 1 vehicle garage w/automatic door. Float tubes! Located 2 miles away from the old mill and the amphitheater

Quiet neighborhood

Recently upgraded roads are completed plenty of parking on property as well as one vehicle garage with automated garage door with remote

Golf within 4 miles Mt. Bachelor’s about 36 minutes away
Each pet is 50 dollars per stay. Do not leave pets unattended. Please pick up all dog waste each dog poop pile is 20 dollars. No shoes in home Quiet time after 10pm. Please wipe muddy or wet dog feet before entering home. Please wash all dirty dishes before checking out. If a carpet stain occurs do not attempt to clean it. If something is broken please let me know asap. Garbage day is early Friday morning place the can just in front of the unit slightly in the street. Please don’t put garbage in the recycling can. Please make sure the water level in the hot tub stays above the jets . Late check out fees will be assessed case by case. No dogs allowed on any furniture dogs on furniture will incur cleaning fees or replacement of linens. If the unit is rented for long term stay the unit will need to be cleaned by my cleaning pro every three weeks from date of check in. Additional cleaning fee will be assessed at time of booking. If the EV car charger is used the cost $ will be calculated a billed per charge.
