If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The dumpsters outside of the units are for commercial ground-floor tenants only. There are shared trash and recycling cans located inside the garage for Aerie guests. - The electric grills must be turned off and unplugged after every use. - The outdoor lighting at the property automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn. - Please note that all 2nd-floor units have 2 flights of stairs to access the main front door, and all 3rd-floor units have 4 flights of stairs. There is no elevator, and the spaces are not ADA-compliant. - Adjacent commercial and new home construction may be active during workday hours.
Parking Details: - Parking is available for your convenience. - Each unit shares a garage with another unit, so guests must park in the designated parking space within the garage. Each reservation comes with one garage space and one driveway space.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Fantastic Sibling Weekend
