Place needs repairs
My cars battery died when we were leaving. The staff was so helpful. They even let us stay in our room until tow truck arrived. Will stay there again
The bed was so comfortable, room spacious and inviting. Appreciate the extras and all for a great price. Highly recommend.

The trees where so peaceful and there was a castle home with a creek running by it, beautiful! The staff was so friendly!
Simple, rooms have been more recently remodeled and are nice for the price, the property is not large but is a nice setting and there are beautiful roses about.

Wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Silicon Valley, decided to try to not be on congested freeways so I opted for a place on HWY9 in the redwoods. Likeable staff and enjoyable facility, easy parking and a short walk to restaurants etc.
Decent breakfast, room is clean and staff is friendly. Internet speed is very slow. Great location for folks who like hiking in nearby redwoods state parks
Hotel staff was friendly and check in was easy. View and the grounds of the hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The room was "average" to "below average." The beds were comfy and the bathroom was cleaned, but so old it cant really be cleaned well (mold in the caulking). We were only staying 1 night so we figured we would just take showers in the next hotel so it was fine for us. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast, but was kept stocked and cleaned. The sitting area for breakfast is pretty small- plan on taking it back to your room. All in all- if you are staying 1 night - just passing through- Id stay again. But I would not be able to stay in this hotel for multiple days.
Unable to use wifi. Signal strength to router appeared to be adequate, but I think there was a problem before the router as my device would not link up enough to allow me to enter password. Room smelled of body odor even though I did not arrive until 10pm. Not a whole lot of other options in area.
Beautiful surroundings and very nice owners. Breakfast area very well maintained and stocked. Total non smoking property, which was great. Only complaint was our room smelled musty, but it is a very moist environment there in the forest, it just didn't smell fresh...
