Nice hotel in downtown Waco. Staff are very friendly, and hotel rooms clean and comfortable. Overall a good option if you are staying downtown Waco.
The property itself is nice. Most hotels of this caliber have free breakfast. This one charges $16 for the powdered eggs pre-cooked bacon, oatmeal and waffles. This should an embarrassment to charge that much for such a low quality breakfast.
This was a fantastic resort! Everyone was kind, helpful & the pool/ splash pad/ slide were amazing for our kids!

Very nice and comfy. Perfect for our senior tour at Baylor University. Allowed us a late checkout with no issue when I became ill and my son and husband needed to tour. Very grateful they let me rest up before our trip back home. Very hospitable.

Arrived and checked in into my room to find dirty towels hanging in shower and dirty bathroom.
Great location in downtown near the river. About a 20 minute walk to the Silos.
Very quick and easy to check in and when I needed anything like more shampoo and conditioner they brought it to my room with a smile. Very neat and clean hotel. I will definitely stay there again.
We were greeted by Arthur at the front desk. What a nice man! So friendly & knowledgeable about all to do, places to ear. Anything you want to know. The hotel is nice. Very clean. Convenient to sightseeing spots in Waco.
