Very clean rooms. This hotel has been remodeled and well kept. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location close to diners, shopping, the NJ Turnpike and 295.

Comfy beds quiet hotel would stay again. Friendly staff

In general the hotel has been very clean and a pleasant place to stay, have stay there here several times in the past. I normally stay in a regular room but this time I needed to stay in a room with handicap access in the bathroom. The only complaint, if you can call it a complaint, is they need to change several things in the Handicap bathroom. First is the fact they do not have a handicap toilet, the hand bar is there, but it is that a handicap toilet is about 5 inches higher. the other thing is that there is no counter space in the bathroom to use while using the sink. The sink is set up for handicap use, but so could a counter top with a sink in it.

Booked a business king smoking room. The room was very clean. Walls looked recently painted. Not so the ceilings. There was a nice L-shaped desk to work at. Laminate floors made a nice impression; easy to clean and don't hold debris and odors. I was disappointed to find a few burn holes in the comforter and bed skirt. The free breakfast was very basic - coffee, muffins, and cereal. There were tea bags but no hot water. I guess you could heat water in the microwave.

Their wifi sucks. Rude custom service. But apparently the nicest place to stay out of many horrible hotels in the vicinity.

We only stayed one night it was quite and the room was clean. We didn't have any complaints.

Stated in buisness suite nice and spacious, room in back from front area much quiter away from busey roadway in area. Had bad experience spent a nite at Econco lodge very noisy due to traffic off expressway@ roadway.

We were impressed with the room. Definitely more than we expected. Clean room, nicely furnished. We slept in a little and by the time we were ready to checkout it was about 30 minutes past the 11:00 am checkout time. At other hotels we've had housekeeping knock on our door before checkout time to let us know we have to be out by a certain time, in other words, rushing us out. It was nice, not to have anyone bothering us to leave Even though we were about half an hour late. Thank you! Woman at the counter that was there at check in and out, was very pleasant and nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when in the area.

Upon checking in, it was clear that this hotel would be an unacceptable place to stay. The lobby and halls wreaked with the stench of cigarettes. There was some sort of spatter stain on the elevator door and floor. Once in the room, in addition to the foul odor the Jacuzzi tub was stained and there were 2 dirty ashtrays as well as the end of a toilet paper roll in the bathroom. I didn't want to set my suitcase down anywhere and the thought of sleeping in the bed was repulsive. You'd be better off sleeping in a booth at Chick Fil A!

The room was OK for the price and location. The staff was kind.

Overall it was good. If you miss the house keeping (meaning if you stayed in the room during it) then you did not get new towels or the bed fixed which was a bit of a hassle. I was able to get new towels from the front desk easily. Also I went during Made in America and the workers were always on edge for people sneaking in more residents. It is understandable but a bit disrespectful towards guests like myself who were not trusted.

I have been to red roofs in the past and some have been old and run down but this red roof was awesome!! Very clean and modern. Def good for the money!
