Check in was seamless except for she forgot to give me my room card key and we had to go back to get it. Room was clean and we had the view of the freeway, didn't bother me because we wanted to be close to the civic center where it was a walking distance from here. Free breakfast was a plus too.

Rooms were well equipped, clean overall. The breakfast was typical and ok, for being free.

We stayed in Room 215. After an early morning hike, I was really looking forward to a hot shower. I tried to shower at about 9:30, but there was only lukewarm water. I waited an hour, but the same result. Other than that, I'd give this hotel a good review.

Stayed for 3 Night's ..Easy to check in right off Freeway but still quite for most part all the staff was very helpful did have a rude Breakfast attendant last day there. Going back to Bellingham in Aug for week and hope rates are fair so I can stay again.

WiFi is weak and inconsistent. TV loses cable signal often.

Hotel is not to bad. The bed was clean and comfortable, the price was low, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I thought the room was rather small,I would stay there again but ask for a room with a king bed or 2 queens

My wife and I had an early (5 am) flight and picked the Guesthouse hotel since it was close to the airport. The room was comfortable, but needed extra power outlets near the bed to accommodate my CPAP machine.

Room was not cleaned twice...left late one day, so perhaps that was our fault. When we asked for towels, there were no face cloths available because they didn't have enough. The hotel did put a credit on our account, so that was appreciated.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff Will stay again

Great affordable room. A bit musty when first entered, but cracking the window solved it.

Clean, neat place. Breakfast looked very scary. Didn't eat it

Just off I-5 and across the street from a Fred Myers superstore with gas station. Convenient to downtown, waterfront, 5 minutes to Western Washington University. One off problem, wifi did not work (Saturday night and no carrier help available till morning). Laundry for those with longer stays. No exercise room or pool.

The lobby is nice and welcoming. Plenty of parking. The rooms are close from the entrance, so there is little struggle bringing in luggage. The wifi was excellent. No need to keep logging in. Some of the furniture was worn, but the room was clean. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the hotel for the price. The staff was excellent. They were able to suggest close by restaurants, uber transportation, and so on. I will go to this place again when visiting Bellingham. Oh, and I love that the check out is at Noon!

The hotel was as we expected, clean an inexpensive. The room was a bit tight with the furniture and the WiFi was very slow. The breakfast was better than we expected. Overall a good place to stay for the price.

The breakfast was good. The wifi was slow. We had a free newspaper. The staff was nice. We went to the bay, and we did some shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. We are coming back for more days in our next vacation.

Staff. Was nice, room was clean and comfortable. Easy to find and convenient.

This is a good little hotel for business or transit. The place has all the minimal amenities you need and a lot more. The staff are great and hard working. They make sure the rooms and the facilities are clean. They serve the breakfast and serve the guests sincerely. The Front Office personnel are amazingly attentive, very hard working and super kind. Then comes the management: insincere, arrogant and inexperienced.

The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel is right off the freeway exit and our room faced the freeway, but the room was fairly quiet. I pretended the road noise was ocean waves and slept great both nights. Breakfast had reasonable options. Bathroom could be cleaner, and the bed was so high that my friend needed a stool to get in and out. But other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

The regular price is too pricy. If I didn't get the deal from Orvitz and visa, I will not pick this hotel.
