Comfortable, great views, good breakfast, very pleasant

The Econo Lodge Inn was great! Very courteous staff, and a comfortable room. Plus with easy access to the freeway and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping, this hotel provided everything I wanted and more.

Convenience to the people without a car very close to shopping

We stopped here for an overnight stay on our way to Canada. The staff was very friendly and professional. We were pleasantly surprised the room had a microwave and refrigerator too! The continental breakfast was good and we enjoyed the pancakes. Overall a great experience and the location right off the freeway is perfect!

I only stayed one night but found it to be everything I was expecting. When I returned home I noticed I had left my ipad in the room. I had no problem having it returned. I would stay there again.

For price and convenience, this hotel is a great value. Although my room was plain, it was very functional. I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. I have stayed here in order to attend the Mt. Baker Blues Festival, which is just a 20 minute drive away. So nice to enjoy the festival experience, but be able to come back to a clean, air-conditioned room with a comfortable bed and hot shower.

Easy access, reasonable price, minimal breakfast, some trouble making room key card work. Adequate parking, comfortable rooms.

Hotel is a little too close to freeway, it is also a little outdated. It is however convenient to Airport and a decent value.

We arrived having booked and paid ahead. Having used PayPal bank account to pay, we did not have a corresponding credit card to show at check-in. The clerk informed us of addition fees and possible additional room charges which needed the credit card. After close to an hour of time wasted, we choose not to stay at all. This Econo Lodge policy was No Refund even though the room was never used, and reservation date change only for use at this location. We will never again stay at Econo Lodge or other Choice Hotels chain locations.

We stayed there for 1 night in our way to Vancouver. The motel is old but it does its work. Great breakfast. The tub was a bit too old

Hotel staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, the bed was not so comfortable, breakfast was pretty good, but food ran out fast.

there was hair in the tub as well as part of the raggedy cloth used to clean the place............I always pack my own plastic cups !!

Econo-Lodge was a good value and had everything we needed for the weekend in Bellingham! I'd reserve again if we were going ot be there. Staff was excellent and friendly. Went beyound in finding me a laundry room to dry a wet uniform!

When booking I asked for non smoking and on arrival found that it was a smoking room and no other rooms avail then. They said "Had I checked with them they would have worked with me" but it was a 3rd party res. Made it sound like they had no obligation to honor booking requests from you. We did not use room the second night - drove 8 hours home

"requested" a non smoking room received a smoking room. Overall decent place, great location.

You will find everything you would normally look for in an average motel - that is, most probably with no problems you would normally experience in an average motel. One plus is the better-than-average free breakfast though.

We weren't looking for anything special. Just an inexpensive place near the airport to stay the night. If that's what you're looking for, than this is the spot. Overall its a 2 star (maybe 3 on a good day) hotel. And that's what you're going to get. The staff was nice and efficient.

Fine for quick overnight. Just needed somewhere to sleep. Staff was excellent and friendly. It is right next to the interstate which was noisy.

Friendly receptionist but room is right next to freeway and is very loud all night. room itself was nice and clean but bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The room was your average budget room, not much to speak of. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Cheap, no padding. Most of all the place was NOISY! Cheap construction, close to the highway, guest upstairs pacing all over the room until 2:30 AM. Guests arriving back their rooms late, running around the place and screaming. People next door up at 6 AM smoking outside their room and making nosie. Just awful.
