Good

Lots of things I liked about the room: the black out curtains, multiple plug-in outlets, and stylish interior. Only one thing I didn’t like: no microwave. Two other things that was not aforementioned was: $15 parking fee in the Marriott garage. Car spaces were very limited and stacked as well. The other thing not mentioned was how inexpensive it was to do laundry: $1.50 to wash and dry!!!

No amenities ! Could of stayed somewhere less expensive and had a bigger room. But I pick this place fore the restaurant bar atmosphere. They should just shut down

Parking was off site so we had to walk late at night and pay $10 every time we used the car.

There were no parking because of construction so they force us to pay $37 a day for valet parking. The bathroom sliding door does not stay closed so I had to stop it with towels and not all the way. It was leaking water from the back and front. The AC made so much noise every time it kicks in, hard to sleep with it on. I called the reception many times from 9pm to 11pm and no one answered.

Clean and comfortable room that provides easy access to Bellevue, but also to I-405. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Very clean and staff was very friendly

Very polite and friendly staff, room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel as such (building, amenities, location etc.) are good. But I felt the staff's level of care for hotel guests was lacking. First we were given a handicapped room without being told that was being allotted (we had not opted for it, so I appreciate a heads up!) Then on the second day of our stay, they failed to do up (clean up) our room. We had NOT opted for the "don't clean" option they give for getting more reward points. When the room is not done up, it means they've not restocked your coffee nor the toiletries. The next morning we called front desk to send us coffee refills so that we could have a cuppa Joe. Well, it's funny now when we look back at it, but they sent up a guy with two coffee sachets, and that's it. So we had to call again, and specify, please also send cups, and stirrers and creamer etc. etc. I think all this points to staff not caring really much... not much accountability or owning that responsibility towards the guest. I don't expect a good Marriott to have that kind of service.

Great location near highway with easy access to Bellevue shopping. The valet parking is 37.00 . Park for 15.00 overnight at the garage one block south between 3pm to 8am. Comfortable room with clever use of space.

Room was not ready at 7:00pm, staff refused to give room that was. Shower was clogged and had black mold.

Do NOT trust this hotels valet service. Our car was damaged in their care and they would not claim responsibility. Very poor accountability, there are better places to stay in Bellevue.

$35 for valet parking is ridiculous! No WiFi, no sheets available for pullout bed had to go ask. Not a good value for what you get. Would not stay there again.

Awesome place to stay. Zero bad things to say. William at the front desk on Saturday was very accommodating.

Wake up call message was from August. Clock in room was on wrong time. Easy fixes to ensure a premier experience.
