This is a no frills motel. It's new, bathroom is nice. Very clean. Not much immediately around but a 5 minute walk takes you to beautiful waterfront with places to eat and lots to do. Nice small breakfast restaurant right next door. If you're just passing through town it works very well for the night. To get more out of the waterfront for longer stay I would recommend staying right there; of course for much higher prices.
