Ride down the hill for a quick dip in the lake on a hot summer day! Work remote w/ a view & relax on the back deck enveloped in nature. Great for biking, hiking, kayaking, waterfall chasing, relaxing, & an overall great time.

The Space:
Open concept, 3-bedroom 2 bath home. Fully stocked with cookware and all essentials needed for your next family vacation. We have a propane grill on the back porch for use during your stay. Please let us know if you plan on using the grill during your stay so we can make sure to have propane available. Washer and Dryer available for use if needed during your stay. The garage can be used for bike storage. We have a bike wash station outside of the garage to clean up after a long day of riding.
This home is close to bike trails, lakes, golf courses, and local dining all available with a guest pass. Ask for more details.

There is an entrance to the brand new Tunnel Vision bike trail in the neighborhood and Lake Avalon beach right down the road as you exit the neighborhood! You will love this location.

No more than 4 cars at the house at any 1 time! ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING IN THE GARAGE OR ON THE GRASS.

One camera located at the front yard that is capable of recording audio and video and is there to monitor parking, guest access, and noise complaints.

While we are here if you need us, we respect your privacy during your stay. Guests can check in with ease with no contact. You will receive check in instructions the day of check in that will include a door code.
