On arrival I was waiting for 30 minutes out in sun one was there to open the door it was lock. In morning no water in shower to take bath. After that from night of 4th day of stay there was no WiFi working. And in night no one stays from staff in property. In my 7day's stay for 3 days I was alone in the property. After that some other guest were there with me in property. But still no staff was there in property in night. At least one security guard should be there. I will suggest that please do not book this property for stay. When complaint about no water in bathroom the staff was respond that I am the only one who is complaining that there is no water in room. I was feeling that I am here to take care of there property in room. And in seven days of stay no room cleaning was done. So I advised to all of them who is seeking for this property on Orbitz do not book is property for your stay.
In a bad neighborhood, no watchable TV. Not convenient to anything.
Right from when we got to hotel.... we felt like we were intruders. The staff during our stay was friendly but omg the owner has this angry face almost like annoyed because we booked there! She speaks to you sarcastically and makes you feel uncomfortable. Usually when you have your business you are happy people are paying to stay in your place . We were very confused why her unfriendly and cold attitude. Maybe she doesn't like kids . We were traveling with our 15 , 11, and 19 yr old but we paid extra for them so i really didn't understand her problem. NO... I will never recommend this place . We didn't feel safe and it's a very old place. Also woke up with bug bites all over. It was a last minute change in our plans and i really regret putting my family through that .
The accommodations were very basic and a little worn, but the friendly staff -- Jeanette and Yolanda -- more than made up for it.. they even went out and bought veggies and cheese so they could make the breakfast I wanted.
I needed a place to stay til I could catch the ferry the next morning. Less than a 10 minute walk to the ferry and 1 block from the inlet which was filthy. The owner was very gracious and women working there were VERY pleasant. They'll cook you up breakfast or dinner for a reasonable price. I'll probably stay there the night before my flight leaves.

Thanks for your comments. We will definitely try to rectify your concerns. However, I would like to say that we are a small hotel, and we do not provide 24 hours front desk services BUT there is ALWAYS a staff on the property, especially during the night. SECURITY is our top priority. With regard to water and wifi, there have been issues beyond our control such as low water pressure from the Belize Water Services, and issues with wifi from BTL. We are currently working on our own water pressure system because of such issues as low water pressure with BWS.Once again, we do appreciate your comments, and very sorry to hear about your bad experience.
