I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism of the staff. They were extremely helpful and multi lingual. The room I stayed in was superb, and well serviced. Cleanliness was of an exceptionally high standard. My dry cleaning was completed the same day.The hotel has all the facilities a business traveller would require. The restaurant has both a buffet style offering as well as al a carte. The meals that I had were both delicious and large in portion size. I would highly recommend this hotel
It is a quite charming hotel. I really liked it. Rooms are spacious and clean - super clean, bathroom aswell. I like here having bathrobe and slippers. Enjoyed spa so much. Restaurant is spacios offers buffet breakfast - really good choices for all. I had best breakfast ever. During evenings its peacefull no crowd in but the food is perfect, loved my dessert tooo. I highly reccommend this hotel.
If you visit Belgrade go to this hotel. Clean, nice and cosy. All my friends are satisfied and have a nice opinion about it. It has nice location and it is close to the shopping center Beteks and Ada Ciganlija resort.
Far from center. Staff friendly. Breakfast quite diversified but all the food had a bad taste because it was old. Price is a little bit too big for what offers the hotel. 3 stars hotel is fair enough...
Good hotel, comfortable, clean and full equipped room, very good service daily and a marvelous breakfast every morning and delicious dinner every night. It is the best hotel if you like work with groups. Many thanks to the Owner and Dragana Kilibarda for their hospitality.
The rooms, food, and service were excellent. I highly recommend the chocolate tart. The place is calm and easily reachable. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is friendly and quick. Nice food
My husband and I just got back from a tour of the Balkan cities. We were part of a group tour hence did not have a chance to choose our hotel. To start, we arrived late at night at the hotel and were so tired. Our room card key did not work so I had to go down to the reception. The staff took it without a word and gave it back to me. It still did not work so I had to go down again. For the second time, the guy did something to the card and told me to try it again without any hint of apology. And again the key card did not work so I had to go down and told the staff that they need to do something since my husband and I were very tired and frustrated already. It was just then that they sent someone to the room with me who opened the door with an ordinary key. I asked for a copy of the key but he said that it was the master key for all the rooms so he could not give it to me and was told that I have to call him every time we need to enter our room. I was told that the battery for the key card was probably not working but they could not change it that night nor could they give me another room. I agreed, only because I knew we were only staying for the night. There was an old television set and fridge in the room and very basic amenities but there was no wifi although they claim that there were just too many people using it hence the service was slow. You have to stay in the lobby or restaurant to if you want free wifi. The elevators were scary and was not in the same level of the floor whenever you get out hence you have to watch your step all the time. Buffet breakfast the next day was very basic. When we talked to other members of our tour group, they all had their complaints - mostly the air conditioning that was not working and the lack of wifi in the room. The hotel is very far from the city center. I advise everyone to stay away from this hotel.
Typical hotel with no real special features. Staff is friendly and quick, rooms offer no real criticism. Bed is good to sleep in, not noisy at night. WiFi is slow but free. Breakfast covers the basics to satisfy most people, restaurant unfortunately not that good. Bar has for some reason never a full stock, better alternatives (Bars & Restaurants) can be found around the hotel area. City Centre is quite far away, tram service to the city is in walking distance. The Hotel is very close (10min walk) to the Ada Ciganlija Island/Peninsula with lots of beaches, restaurants and activities
Far from City center. It takes at least 30min to reach touristic attractions.Otherwise you are in middle of nowhere like ghetto small shops ,synthetic lake etc. Hotels room is mediocre if you can manage to sleep due to elevator noise which is humming like neutron generator. Breakfast is the worst we be ever seen between it and competitors in city. If your plan is to visit city in short term you better not to choose this hotel and agency tatilbudur.com.
Good hotel, flexible rates - value for money - in a very good region, close to International Tourism Fair, comfortable, clean and full equipped room, very good service daily and a marvelous breakfast every morning. Many thanks to the Owner and the Front Office Manager for their hospitality, hope to see them again in future.
