We loved the unique arrangement of the room and the amenities were amazing. Room service was perfect.
Great location adjacent to the Gare du Midi. Rooms are well designed with attention to detail. Nice to be able to go down to the train station and shop for food and drinks. Or get a quick bite to eat. Staff was very helpful and lent me a power converter/ charger for my phone.
Right by the main train station in Brussels, very convenient to get around Brussels and to catch the trains going all around Europe.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. My sister and I try to keep the room clean so we do not need housekeeping to come in but what amazed us was that the staff made sure we were okay. We had the “do not disturb” sign for a couple of days and one of the staff came up just to make sure we were okay. The location is convenient because it is located right next to the train station. If you do not mind walking, it is only 20 minutes away from the Grand Palace which is where the main tourist attractions are. On Sundays there is also a Sunday market right next to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect experience. A wonderful breakfast every morning well worth the money, unbeatable location, very clean and modern facilities, connected with one of Europe’s major train stations and the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful.
Excellent location as far as being right by the train station (Midi/Zuid) close to restaurants and transportation and close to great places to see within walking distance.

It literally only takes you a few minutes to reach the platforms. Indeed, International train stations can sometimes be intimidating due to its hustle and bustle that not only big capital cities are known for but most certainly also the bigger European train stations such as Brussels South.
