Compared to last stay bathroom was not well kept fan didn’t work for steam from shower and toiletries were not filled and coffee maker didn’t work or the outlet was broken
Nice hotel, staff was pleasant. For sometl reason the water pressure in the shower kept coming and going, like a water heater was cycling. Annoying but still able to shower. Our room was a good size too. Like many other hotels, they have limited housekeeping, aaking that we put towels in the hallway if we want replacements, otherwise we had no interaction with housekeeping over our two night stay. Check in and out were easy. I've stayed a couple of times. There's not much to look at around it but, if you're driving, ita 10 to 15 minutes from shopping and restaurants.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I wish there was a microwave in the room. Entrances smell of smoke from those that smoke in parking garage. Downtown area, which does not have to do with hotel, has degraded in recent years with panhandling and increase in homeless population.
Only complaint is that the shower wasn't clean .

A very nice clean hotel with friendly staff who helped us out On a few things in a timely manor. The rooms were nicely decorated. Convenient to the parking and the casino. Would stay again.
We were there four nights and our room was not cleaned once. No one brought fresh sheets, emptied the garbage or replaced TP/tissues. Everyday we had to ask for clean towels and needed to ask for more TP/tissues. Trashed were overflowing
Restaurant did not open until 9 AM. Only coffee available was in the room
