The staff was friendly but I can' remember staying in a dirtier motel.
the room the gave us at first had someone else stuff in it and beds un made, the 2nd room needed many repairs.
This motel is seriously unkept. Needs repair and staff to clean.I paid the room rate of $64 plus tax. Which was way over priced.
Awful, dirty room, rude morning staff!! Bed was old big hole needed replacing, had to move bed to look for a dropped earring and under the bed had trash and what looked like a dead animal. Accidentally slept late and upon tryinf to get ready to leave cleaning staff cussed at us and the receptionist was rude as well. About 10 minutes after arrival cops were called to the site because people were looking in cars and room windows!!!
bed bugs. air circulation in the building is horrible, cigarette smoke in non-smoking rooms, moist dryer air too. they used some kind of spray to try to cover it up and it stank. could not figure out how to pour water out of coffee maker without spilling, tried two different coffee makers. lots of garbage all through the yard, against the fences and parking lot. sheets had other people's hair on them. breakfast sucked. there was cereal and dry bread. milk was watered down or was imitation. there was a waffle machine, too, but i didn't trust the waffle mix. the internet barely worked in spurts, regardless of location in the building. power shut off when it got windy. holes in the walls. well-used appliances from the 1970's. the tv had gang tag grafitti on it. after the bed bugs, the other room they gave me had cockroach poop all over the toilet and sink in the bathroom. it was clearly a room that never got rented out. closet door was broken. couch was torn. phone didn't work.
While the room was non-smoking, the rest of the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. Coffee maker in the room had obviously been used but not cleaned. However the beds were comfortable and if all you want is a good nights sleep, then it was ok
The staff was great and very helpful . The room was dirty every day, they are remodeling so that could be the reason? The property is clean up front but very dirty and trashy on the end of the property, no reason for that. Just laziness. The breakfast was great. The office manger was great and kept an eye on all cars to be sure no trouble, that was very nice of him.
Pulled into the parking lot, surrounded by chain link fence topped with razor wire. Not a good start. Walked down the hallway to our non-smoking room and were overpowered by the smell of smoke from the smoking rooms right next to and across from the non-smoking rooms. Not a good layout. Our room had an overpowering smell of cleaning fluids (better than smoke, but only just). Will not stay there again.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and standard for a Super 8.
I called twice to confirm my late arrival and was treated very courteously both times. The person who eventually greeted me was very professional. The room was spotless and everything worked - even the drains. The hotel was quiet. I didn't have breakfast there or use any of the amenities. Considering the prices of other hotels in the area, it is a great bargain!
Our stay was great! Our room was clean, comfortable and in a quiet location.
