Pool is occupied by outside guests for swim classes for most of the day, everyday. Incorrectly charged for minibar. Room service meal was incorrect. Damaged toilet and room door. Noisy as room was near the street. Upon check in, not provided the requested details provided through Orbitz. Hotel claimed Orbitz didn’t inform them. Happy hour incorrectly listed as until 8pm in advertisements, but ended at 7 when I went to the hotel bar. Hotel staff critical of negative feedback from Orbitz calling them to correct issues. Overall, more stress than comfort and overpriced.

Looked clean inside and out. Location is close to hamra , zaytuna bay and downtown. There was some miscommunication over parking charges but the error charges were reversed at checkout. Hotel staff for the most part are friendly but few of them lack customer service skills. Overall great hotel to stay at in beirut.
The price was very far, hotel staff were wonderful the only complaints I have is that my room was by a very busy road(traffic noise) and one of the very impatient elevators almost cut me in two.
The hotel is close to downtown and a few other points, the romm is clean enough but the bed is too soft same as pillows giving you no a good sleep quality

Very good level of service: polite, efficient and attentive. The bar is well appointed and comfortable. I had a very large room, with a relatively small (double) bed. The bathroom was beautiful and reasonably large as well, but the shower was tiny, with a clingy shower curtain. Internet is pretty slow, but was free.
the executive room 411 is excellent!, te venue is OK for winter, its centric and of easy access.
