We stayed 10 nights and felt welcome from the first moment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms and Hotel itself is spotless, clean and the rooms are spacy. We love to stay here and we will come back for sure.
Great staff, excellent & quick service! Super friendly! I twisted my ankle while with friends at Starbucks 😂 So after the hospital went to the hotel & was instantly given a wheelchair & pampered throughout my stay! My husband & I enjoyed our stay & we will definitely come back again when we can! Thank u so much.
Well, to be honest Since I knew it's not a holiday Inn hotel anymore I was like we are not going to be happy. But they surprised us, excellent service, amazing and friendly front desk, fast response to any room service call. The only problem is parking. I had to do a membership with valet parking. Since it's the best option available
It's realy an excellent hotel ,am a customer since 10 years the stuff are very friendly welcoming you with a smile taking care of you well.rooms are very clean specially the bed sheets which are to me the most important plus all at the room bathrooms too very clean room service is very good too ,restaurant also .i prefer this hotel than the others in Beirut ,by the way excellent location and now the huge mall ABC is opening very soon facing the hotel.
Mine was a brief business trip to Beirut. Check-in and the rate was good, the room and bathroom were ok, clean and all you would expect. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. The central location is this hotel's biggest asset.
Location in the near the city center, small mall attached to it with some shops and fast food restaurants. Also there are some nice coffee shops near by. The rooms are ok and clean, don't expect nice view from your room.
Good hotel with very qualified service staff. I've spent comfortable days. The breakfast was very good and the room was clean. The rooms service was always ready to help. Thank you very much for your hospitality 👏👏👏
Location is great. Entertainment facilities, The hotel staff were friendly, Cleaned room, very good housekeeping, bed comfortable, check in took time, after more than 15 years of continuous visits, check out did not meet my expectations.
I liked best the location and frontline desk, as they were very wellcoming and kind, however, that wasn't the case in the room level, as it wasn't clean, therefor i will reconsider coming back to the hotel
I stayed at this hotel on Business travel in Beirut, While it location is excellent and very near places I found navigating to the hotel troublesome due to the near by road blocks. The hotel itself in inside a shopping centre while that does have it advantages the atmosphere is a bit strange. The hotel is clear old and in need of a refurb this is showed by the misleading signs in lift, I checked in and first thing I noticed the lifts indicated that there was a VIP bar on the 1st floor. When I went check this out I couldn't find it on the 1st floor and it was only when I asked a member of staff they told me they don't have a bar. Strange, I continued looking around the hotel, none of thethings listed as in the hotel, most of them are in the shopping centre, cinema, bowling alley and if by magic a bar on level -3 in the shopping centre. I was using the hotel for business but this was not really possible the internet speed was a joke. i did a number of checks while i was there and it was never over 0.35Mb/s basically unusable, at the end of the 2nd day i went out and bought a local sim card and used my phone as hotspot so i could get some work done. Overall stayed in better laid out hotels and one with internet that works
