Luxury hotel in a top location, Room was like mini suite with every amenities you can think of, indoor pool, we did not have the time to use it. Breakfast was awesome, Not worth paying for the club room in my opinion

The hotel has a great location and it is convenient to get around with public transportations. It is very close to the major sightseeing places and restaurants. The food in the hotel is expensive. The room is clean and spacious. We had a great stay there.

Staff is extremely helpful; location is great. The rooms are large and lovely. Only complaint is that food in the cafe is very expensive.

Very large and comfortable room. Quiet relaxing environment, stylish decoration. Professional, polite and helpful english-speaking staff.

Loved this hotel....great location and staff. Totally a 5 star experience.

The staff in this hotel know about your needs before you know them. I highly recommend this hotel.

This landmark hotel has all the comodites,for,a,5 star hotel plus ONE, youmfee like home. The friendly staff, are, eager,ro,resolve, any question, they treat you like family. No complaints wathsoeve. Just to,say thanks to all the staff, especially Cindy at the front desk and all you guys at the concierge. Welldone

The hotel was beautiful and the staff very accommodating. It was also in walking distance to attractions and shopping. Hotel is highly recommended.

Raffles is a seuperb franchise, and the beijing raffles is a good hotel bus small things deplete the oustanding service. Example, the clean of the room is inefecient, I found some dust and one pair of glassses of the last guest under the bed. The mattress is old and very hard, for sure old Chinese mattres. Dont refill the water bottles.samall things that made the difference, The foreign staff are superb

The place is amazing. Only downside is they can't control the temperature so it was super hot. BUT, they did put in a portable air conditioner which did help. Just surprised I had to ask for it. Also, the breakfast totaled around $50, too much. The the service, room, and amenities were outstanding.

Fantastic hotel, can't beat the location, flawless service and impeccable staff. Amazing breakfast buffet, (a tad expensive but everything you could ever want to make up for the cost). I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to see Beijing with ease. In a city so large, it was so nice to be within walking distance to almost everything you can possibly want to do.

Location was perfect -- close to Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing (shopping street). John, the 'hotel ambassador" could not have been more helpful, as was Jackie. Hotel definitely earns its 5 star rating.

Excellent hotel at excellent location. It is near shopping street.

Too much money for middle class service. The quality of hotel is low in comperance with other Raffles hotels.

The staff was always welcoming and helpful. In the sweltering summer heat and after a long day at work this was always comforting.

From the moment we entered the lobby with its' smell of jasmine perfume, we were treated to outstanding service, elegent rooms and facilities, and the feeling of old world comfort. Pool was a treat on hot days, and the staff was superb. Located near many major sites (Tienanmen Square, Forbidden City, Opera House, etc.). Great way to start in China - rather than the more impersonal, generic new hotels.
