With a Mediterranean style, this cozy duplex is located in one of the best locations on the Costa Brava, the bay of Sa Riera (Begur).

The decoration full of life and the comforts it offers, allow you to spend a few luxurious days with family, friends or partner.

A private parking lot in front of the house guarantees an easy arrival at the property. Once you arrive, the distance to the beach, restaurants and small shops is just a few minutes walk.

The house has a living room with lots of light and space, thanks to the fact that it is connected to a furnished terrace with views of the sea and the mountains. On the same floor there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, also with a dishwasher, and a separate toilet. A staircase leads to an upper area, such as a mezzanine, a versatile space, which has a sofa bed to host, if necessary and upon request, up to 5 or 6 guests.

Another staircase leads to the ground floor, where there are two bedrooms with single beds, as well as a modern and fully equipped bathroom. The location is very quiet and offers the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in an exclusive setting. Free Wifi available throughout the property for limited use per GB weekly.Our cleaning fee includes premium quality linens and towels for all of our guests.



About the surroundings, Sa Riera is situated in a tranquil and secluded bay of the Costa Brava close to the nearby inland towns of Palafrugell and Begur. Originally a small fishing village, Sa Riera has not been overdeveloped and has retained its individuality and charm. It can be reached by road from Begur and Pals and there is also a pleasant walk around the cliffs from Platja de Pals, the next resort along the coast. Sa Riera is typical of the many small coves set amongst rugged pine covered cliffs cascading down to meet the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea which have made the area famous for its outstanding beauty.

From the apartment it's a 5 minutes walk downhill on a small path to the main road and leads directly to the little bay of Sa Riera where you can find a supermarket, bakeries, and a fine selection of restaurants and small bars.
