The staff very extremely helpful in pointing out directions, taking special requests for an iron/ironing board etc. They were also very nice when I locked myself out accidentally! They serve a nice scottish and continental breakfast. The gym is okay, but functional for basic purposes. Overall, it is a good value and is located within 10 minutes walking distance to many hotels.
