Carpet desperately needs to be replaced in halls and room. Bathroom was renovated and in good condition. Surroundings were kind of rough.

This place has really declined. The outside was dirty. Pool was closed. And they didnt have extra blankets.
I don't normally write reviews. I understand I get what I pay for, but this is unacceptable. It's probably the worst "hotel" I have ever stayed. A half-drunk bottle of water left in the room, cockroaches running around, dust everywhere, half eaten cucumber in the dirty fridge!, mold on the side of the bed, a microwave that hasn't been cleaned for ages, keycards don't work and need to be reset everyday, and last but not least the "free breakfast" that seems like they aren't even try. Everything is "out of order". For a "Days Inn" property, this is sad and extremely disappointed. I hope Days inn cooperate steps in because this is a total disaster. All I ask is cleanliness, and unfortunately this property doesn't deliver.

The property is run down. But you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a place to stay for the night as you pass through, then this place isn't bad. The bathroom was clean. Again, don't get this place and then be surprised that you're not getting 5 start treatment.
Not too visible. No signs on the roadway. Difficult to find. Name misleading. It is not in Mount Hope, it is closer to Beckley.
The sheets and cover had stains on them, the towels and wash cloth looked as if been used and orange stuff on them. No coffee maker in room. The carpet had been cut out spot. The hotel lock had been torn off the door. Felt very unsafe there. If this place was this bad I won’t use Days Inn anywhere we travel.
Dirty and tattered. Stale smokey air everywhere. Fortunately I got some sort of sale at the last minute when I was desperate to find a room. I would not stay here again unless i have to.
Nothing spectacular. Very plain and boring. Pool was out of service
All my requirements were fulfilled by the hotel. Just wish there were better places to eat around it.

Staff was rude even cussing at me. Room stunk. Breakfast was nasty woukd nit recomend.
It was nice all the time until I took my son to swimming pool for few min. I had my phone with towels on table. It was only 3 tables and few chairs. So few minutes later, more people came in to swim- they put their towels on same table as our. So then I saw a guy was looking on my phone so I got out of pool and grabbed our stuff and got my son out of pool and left heading back to room. Didn’t like people to look at other people’s stuff.. I’m deaf and the guy said I’m sorry. My son heard him apologizing to me and said he thought it was his wife’s cell phone. I just ignored and left. I don’t appreciate people looking over other people’s stuff. But overall good stay at hotel beside that small situation
Staff was in training during late check-in. Tired guests had to bare through 10 mins or more of waiting for a room... even as the first person in line. Room was not very clean and smelled somewhat. Not unbearable, but still not inviting either.
