This property is starting to get long in the tooth and needs a renovation. The rooms are tight and show wear. Their pillows are tiny and not acceptable for getting a good night's rest.
Bathtub was dirty, exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work, hot tub was ice cold (the pool was warmer). The night front desk lady was outside flirting with men and wasn’t available to purchase chips or soda and I saw a man just finally take what he wanted to eat because he waited at the counter for 20 minutes for her. I will never stay again.
Clean, but towels were like sand paper and bed wasn’t very comfy
Spa was down the entire stay and the breakfast is nothing to write home about. I also find it offensive to be forced to listen to Fox News while in the lobby.
We enjoyed our stay. Some of our family members had to wait a looong time before they could check in. The person behind the desk was outside.
Nice location not far from Oshkosh. Hotel was new. Breakfast was ample. Enjoyed hot tub.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a very peaceful, clean, quiet hotel. We had a great time in the pool area, and the staff were very friendly. The bed and pillows weren't the greatest, but they were fine and not a big deal to us. Thank you for a lovely stay!
