The room had a very bad smell upon walking in . The a/c was blasting cold air to hide smell but did not work . The shower was hot but the water drain wasn’t working properly and caused the water to back up . One of the staff decided to break into our room at 6am in the morning to tell us to get out . No announcement of who was trying to get in they just pushed through almost breaking top lock off . Had to push door closed not knowing who was trying to enter our room . Staff fixed mistake but this is something that can’t be forgotten.

The bathroom was large. The pool had a waterfall by it so we sat outside nice quiet and pleasing. Breakfast was sad. No fruit, or yogurt but did have the waffle maker going.

A very good hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The only thing that I seen wrong was a small patch of carpet was pulled up. Very clean and quiet. Close to two magor highway 287 and I-18

Toilet was leaking from the bottom, smelled , WiFi spotty, tv was snowy on all channels, carpet looks like it has not been washed in a long time, extra charge for my kids ( yes a charge of $5 each) I called for a early check in and when we got there, rooms not ready but for extra charge $10 we can go into a suite early!!!! Don’t go there if you can go somewhere else’s.

I did not like the fact that if you reserve the room with your card for holding, and upon arrival and check in you tell them that you will be paying in cash, you are told that you have to leave a $40 cash deposit!!!!! But can not give you a valid reason why this is needed. But say you will get it back at check out. I reserved a room for 4 (2adults-2kids) there were only towels for 2 in the room. Breakfast was not as advertised. No meat!!! I will not stay at the Econo Lodge & Suites in Beaumont again!!!!! 2

Check in was odd. Having made online booking the check in guy who was not at the front desk took time to copy my entire drivers license saying he did not have any info on me. Then the room smelled when I opened the door. Cranked the ac to limit the smell. In the morning had someone knock on my door beginning at 9 and 3 more times before check out. I left at 11. Will not be choosing that hotel again. Only good thing was inside entrance.

By design, the air conditioners in this hotel don't maintain a constant temperature. Instead they swing within a range of 10 degrees, and there is no setting that will not do this. This is done on purpose; It saves energy for the hotel at the expense of the guests. The best you can hope for it to find the spot where the room will alternate between 68 and 78 degrees-That's as good as it gets. So waking up every 45 minutes to remove or replace a blanket is inevitable.

It wasn't too bad. It was on the relatively warm side in the lobby and in the room. Didn't start to get cooler in the room until middle of the night. The desk clerks were slow and very difficult to understand. The hotel wasn't located on the nicer side of town

Staff was new to US and could speak just a very little English which made communication difficult. Room was nicely done and clean as was the rest of the motel. Breakfast was disapointing because sausage gravy was like milky water over a bit of sausage. Pancake batter or syrup tasted sour. Sweet rolls were stale. I would recommend finding breakfast elsewhere.

A very good hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The only thing that I seen wrong was a small patch of carpet was pulled up. Very clean and quiet. Close to two magor highway 287 and I-18

Toilet was leaking from the bottom, smelled , WiFi spotty, tv was snowy on all channels, carpet looks like it has not been washed in a long time, extra charge for my kids ( yes a charge of $5 each) I called for a early check in and when we got there, rooms not ready but for extra charge $10 we can go into a suite early!!!!
