The hotel had roaches crawling all over. Never again.

New staff would make this motel better. Room updates needed but for the price was what I expected. The staff ruined everything.

Spent two nights at the hotel. Comfortable, spacious rooms in convenient location.

The stay was average. Nothing spectacular. It fine for a place to sleep and shower. Though there was an issue of being doubled charged for a room. However it was rectified.

Hotel has typical continental breakfast. But adequate if that's all your interested in. Location is just right if your looking at downtown Beaufort or Lady's island. Also close to K-mart & Major grocery store. The staff are very friendly & cooperative!

One of towels was not clean when we arrived, and one of the toilets had not even been flushed. Otherwise, experience was okay.

Easy to find near National Cemetery. Room Cleaned daily with fresh towels, in room coffee, soap, etc. The Indoor Pool was nice & clean. Only disappointing fact was the spa was being repaired and the parking was not near my room.

It was an okay place to stay for a cheap price!!!!

When I first got to the room I was a little sketchy because it wasn't the most modern or cleanliest rooms, but it wasn't bad enough that I didn't want to stay there. I booked the room for a week and I was pretty content with the whole experience. House keeping usually came around 8:30-9:30 every morning and I was usually still in my room then, so it would've been nice if they waited to come later in the day when most people weren't there. The only bad thing I have to say about my stay was that the wifi only worked for the first day and then it stopped working the rest of my time there and it was never fixed. But all in all it was an okay hotel for the cheap price I paid. I honestly would stay there again.

The room was adequate and very clean except for the carpet. The carpet was filthy. My white footies were filthy on the bottom after three evenings of wearing them. The amenities were ok. There were several young and not so young men in a room down the hall who were obviously drunk and very, very noisy. Security should walk the halls once in a while as I'm sure this is not the first time that type of behavior has been encountered. No elevator in the building. As an older woman, alone, I had to lug a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs. Not easy!! However the staff was friendly, helpful and very obliging. The continental breakfast was good and free which was appreciated. My wake up calls came on time every day. I liked that because the clock/alarm did not work. The microwave, refrigerator and tv were all in good working condition and I used them all. I was unable to reach the front desk with the phone so I called them on my cell phone. The problem with the phone was fixed. The room could have used an easy chair which would have been more comfortable. The bed was good. The cleaning staff earned a good tip for their work. They were conscientious and pleasant. Good job for them. Cleanliness is my main concern and that carpet does need a shampoo. It was an easy drive to my destination at Parris Island every day so the location was excellent. All in all the hotel is adequate but not really good and it is doubtful if I will stay there again. Since it was graduation for the Marine Boot Camp and my granddaughter participated as did 799 other families all hotels were booked solid and this was the only motel of a large chain that I was able to get a room reserved for the week. I made my reservations several weeks before the graduation. Comparing this hotel to the one my son and his family stayed in for $10 a night more I can say I would have paid $10 more a night to stay at his hotel. I have stayed at much nicer hotels and some worse ones than this but what really stands out is the filthy carpet!! Gosh darn!! CLEAN THAT CARPET!!!

Hotel was sufficient for my needs. I wasn't there a whole lot since I was visiting with friends etc. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had plenty of hot water and clean linens. Only complaints were the heat not working and I froze the first night. But they willing moved me the next morning when it couldn't be fix asap. Also, I had a terrible time with the WiFi. When I called the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do. The first night wasn't a problem after that I could never get back on. The staff was friendly and helpful I'd stay again.

Motel is convienently located. Room clean & neat & quiet even though motel was full up. Had indoor swimming pool. Served small continental breakfast. Motel is close to many restuarants and Kmart shopping center.

Check in was easy. Did not receive requested wake up call. Almost missed graduation ceremony. Bathroom floor and tub were dirty. Towels were nice and fluffy. Continental breakfast was included, and included make your own waffles and hot oatmeal.

Not to bad for the money for the 2 nights that I was their for the graduation at Parris Island. The bathroom fixtures needs some work.

Did not like I had to paid for a plant in my room. I did not ask for. THE LADY that handle the dining room was RUDED. I have enjoyed other places better. The hotel use tobe Comfort Inn, it should have been torn down down when ECON LOdge was torn down not change sides of the street

Check-in staff, knowledgable on how to process the ORBITZ reservation (so I wasn't re-charged). Traveling alone, I felt safe. Good lighting and open space.
