Made reservations based on the pool and jaccuzi on the website because we were driving over 14 hours to get there we arrive and the pool and jaccuzi were "under maintenence" the entire stay and the rooms were dirty upon check in and the elevator broke down and we were on the top floor and had to use stairs several times and website states continental breakfast and there was bag "breakfast" which was a pastry and a juice and on top of that to get any supplies for room we had to stand at desk for long periods of time with nobody there to help or call desk several times to catch someone there. The view out room was swamp and gross. Overall horrible experiance and would NOT stay here again!!
No Pool, for our stay. Kept telling us it will open tomorrow. We had very unhappy kids.
Recommend you find another hotel if one is available. Everything just felt wet from the humidity. Which leads to mold and mildew. Shower head covered in mildew. Stains on the sheets… at least I hope they were stains. They still have everything closed due to COVID - sack breakfast was a let down. Pool not open. Beds were pretty comfortable. But overall, would not stay again.

Manager/owner was EXTREMELY nasty. Took 40 minutes to check in with 2 in front of me. 6 staff (1was training so ok), standing around and giving an entire spiel about laundry facilities, breakfast (apple and water due to Covid), pool use and rules (but hey, pool is currently closed due to Covid), and lots of other useless info. DEMANDED $250 deposit for “amenities” when all they had was candy/soda. When I asked why for a 2 night stay, he said deposit was for damages and pets from past experiences of OTHER people, with 7-10 day hold. Manager yelled at me to go elsewhere, but no other choice available. Then, as soon as I got to my room, before I’d even sat my stuff down, someone knocked once and opened the door, when I said stop, he said he was maintenance for repairs. Nothing was broken in my room. VERY SCARY and unnecessary!!! HORRIBLE experience. I complained to Choice Hotels with a terrible response as each place owned by individuals, and not their problem. I’ll never stay at a Choice Hotel again. I will say the room and facility were nice, but horrible management!!!

They charged me two nites and I only stayed one. Hot approval to check out early. I left at 10 AM on 2 May. Desk said I would get a receipt and do not have one.
Due to COVID I cancelled my trip. Please refund my credit card
We went up for USMC boot camp graduation. We liked the location and the quick breakfast. The staff was very polite.
The rooms were not adequately cleaned. Paper and trash were left in the floor. They did not replace the coffee after first day. We did not have hot water for showers, it was cold, cold water!!! Don't think we will stay here again!
The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was clean, well appointed.
Everything was great except when my baby was crawling on the floor and when i picked her up, her knees were black.
Reasonably priced and accessible to everything we needed.
