I saw three filthy rooms with bedbugs and cockroaches.

The rooms are disgusting. Mold and stains in the shower. Furniture is all crumbling at the bottom like it was in a flood. Cockroaches in the room( talk to other guests with the same issue). The soap crumbled after first attempt to use it. The ironing board was so filthy it's a joke to even have it in the room.

I have stayed in better 2 star places for same price. Amenities were better, beds and pillows we're better at other places. Place wasn't very clean. The tub was stopped up while taking shower. The orange and coffee was watered down. Not very happy.

There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom & on the shower curtain. The wi-fi didn't work. Even after we asked for help. They didn't speak English very well, breakfast was just donuts. Just very disappointed.

It's really only good for a bed to sleep in. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, both didn't work. Antique TV with bad reception. Phone didn't work. Wi-Fi didn't work. Bed was very comfy. And that's about it.

Overall my experience was pretty good, and I would more than likely stay there again if I was visiting for the weekend. The TV in my room did not work, but I wasn't in my room enough to care that much, and part of the ceiling was peeling in the room and in the bathroom. The only thing that really gave me a problem was that in the bathroom there was some sort of a vent in the wall, and every now and then someone's cigarette smoke came out through the vent? It was weird, but again, I wasn't in my room enough to care that much but it was pretty disgusting when I was taking a shower and all I could smell was fresh smoke. But like I said, this hotel a great place to stay for the price you pay. You're definitely paying for what you get, which is nice when you are only staying for a handful of nights. If you plan on staying in the area longer, I would definitely recommend that you save up some money to stay at a nicer hotel because there are plenty to choose from in Beaufort and the surrounding areas, but if you are only staying for a couple of nights why pay a lot when you can stay here for a cheap price! Hope this helped!

This is an inexpensive hotel that is tired and really needs to be renovated. .non smoking was not non smoking. Door was really hard to open. (Probably due to how many times it was broken into)Phone did not work. The employees were very friendly and had no problems letting us change our room due to someone smoking in the room before we checked in but even the second room had someone smoking next door. You be better off spending a bit more right next door at the Comfort Inn.

let me start by saying this hotel was not at all as advertised. it was run down, bed bug and roach infested, not what anyone would consider a 3 star hotel I was booked for four days and was in and out in ten minutes.

Only stayed in our room for thirty minutes before checking out for good. We were eaten up by mosquitoes while inside the room and bugs swarmed around any light we turned on. The weather stripping around the door was missing which was allowing the bugs to get in. The room also reeked of cigarette smoke. It took flushing the toilet 3 times before anything would go down. The beds were sunken and the walls were paper thin... you could hear everything. I would NEVER recommend this place! The manager wouldn't even refund our money which was an absolute outrage!

Never had any room service the entire time I was there. Made several phone calls asking for towels, etc. No response. Hotel advertises "pet friendly", however Housekeeping afraid of dogs. Was not told that at check in. I would of removed my dog if I had known. At one point, they ran out of towels and one of my children went without a shower. Just a very old, worn down room. Holes in the walls, broken dresser. Location was great for Marine graduation, restaurants close by.

Dark & dreary room. No coffee in room. Breakfast was pittiful. Other customer was at receiption desk demanding his money because of both beds being infested with bed bugs.

I'm not sure how this motel got 3 stars. I'm guessing someone "stuffed" the rating system. It a pretty run down motel and the breakfast was pretty poor. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here during a USMC graduation & family day. It served its purpose for us. It didn't have all of the best amenities, but I have also stayed in much worse. I was pleased with the room for the price.

Nice staff...but would not stay here again...will try different hotels in the area...the carpet on the hotel floor looked dirty I did not want to take my shoes off....Sheets looked appeared clean I was not afriad to sleep inbetween them...there were never enough towles for the 3 of us....there was a huge hole in the vent in the shower...and a hole in the bathroom door from old age...this hotel needs a makeover!

This was a combined business and pleasure trip. We have stayed at other motels in this area before and found this motel very adequate. The staff was most helpful, pricing was very good, and the room was clean. The accomodations were better than some of the comparable motels we have stayed in in the area. Our stay was very pleasant.

Unfortunately I don't usually read reviews but I have now changed my ways. Dirty, mold on ceiling plaster in b/r had chunk missing. Phone in room when I plugged it in didn't work. Black flakes on the sheets. Old carpet in room is now the floor molding on wall is coming loose. When the say cable in room they mean basic cable, very basic cable. No coffee pot or hair dryer.

The comode overflowed, the front desk sent a person to fix it he came in with just a plunger, we told him about the floor, he went out and came back a little later with a couple of small rags, he went in for about two minutes and came out and said the floor is dry, he used no cleaner or sanitizer nothing, If that's how the handled that situation then could you imagine how they would handle their food. I will not stay there again, I expected much more for a 3 star, I also got a smoking room instead of a non-smoking, and there were holes in the sheet rock in the bath room so its is obvious that; that room has a history of overflowing comode.

* To attend a funeral * Your towels and wash cloths is terrible you need to replace all of them * I got what I paid for, no complait The hotel is not that bad and I would stay there again.

ok for the money, but the breakfast was poor and I could hear other noises through the walls.
