We are having a home built in Delaware and had several meetings over the course of the building process. We have stayed at the Best Western every time. It is clean, comfortable, quiet and very reasonably priced. Small refrigerator and microwave in every room. Friendly, accommodating staff. Free breakfast. Nice indoor pool. Good location near stores and restaurants.

The hotel staff was courteous. Our kids loved the night indoor pool. The breakfast included options like waffles, bacon, eggs, bagels, and cereal.

We stayed at this hotel for Udel Parents' Weekend. The staff was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. We are going to stay there again for graduation.

Great indoor pool, staff, and room. Very pleased! Stayed here on our way down south and were very pleased.

Very happy with this hotel. Reasonable rates, clean and spacious room (we actually had a suite), free breakfast, and an indoor pool. Convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean and new nice size with 2 rooms and tvs. The jacuzzi smelled like rotten eggs and didn't feel clean. Overall for the money I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a typical budget one. The only thing I like it is it's quite.

ive stayed at other best westerns, and this by far is the worst. The staff was quite rude, spa was closed for maintenence, vending machines broken, horrible location, and breakfast was way undercooked.

Excellent stay. Beds were super clean and comfy. If I am ever in the Bear again, I know were I'll be staying.

Very pleasant experience. Room was very clean Staff friendly. Only negative was that the breakfast Food was so so; eggs were awful

Great location. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Rooms were well appointed and clean. The staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.

Room was clean and good-sized. The location was a bit iffy and the types of people staying in the hotel were a bit rough to say the least. Breakfast was not good - the food was sub-par to your usual continental breakfast so I abstained, and then I saw flies floating around the food. I didn't feel as safe as I would have liked and the back door which was "exit only" was propped open 90% of the time by the smokers even when no one was there.

Great experience. I will recommend this place to friends and family.

Had an enjoyable time. Room was recently refreshed with paint and furnishings, which were nicer than some older Best Westerns. The staff was very helpful and kind at all times. There were two negatives that I thought needed to be mentioned. The first is there is not a good entrance from the North-bound lanes of Pulaski highway so you have to go a roundabout way to get to the hotel if coming from the South. Secondly, there are some VERY VERY bright lights in the parking lot right in front of the room windows. This is all well and good if the drapes could be pulled together, but they can't. There was no way to block out the light so you're trying to sleep and these bright lights are shining right in your face. I don't know if the rooms on the north side were as bad. The see-through thin white drapes could be pulled together but the ones that block light can't be. I even tried using safety pins to stick up a sheet, but then it covered the A/C and the room would get hot. If they took care of this simple issue, which I imagine would mean replacing drapes in all rooms, there would be no complaints at all.

A very nice hotel! Staff was great at check in, romms were clean and comfortable! Would stay there again!

This hotel is exactly what it says it is. It is clean, has friendly staff, a pool, an exercise room and really large rooms. I have stayed here a few weeks and have liked it so much that for all my visits I have booked this hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, malls and amenities close by. You need to get out and explore. The only gripe I have with the hotel is about the breakfast. It is the same menu every day. For someone staying Mon-Fri. it is very repetitive.

all and it was a pleasant stay the room was clean ,the hot tub was great, but the coffee was watered down ,I will try it again, staff was very good, enjoyed exercise room too, Just wish the pool was open until 12 pm
