This 4 bedroom home sleeps 8 The primary bedroom/bath has a king bed, and a private deck to enjoy the breezes or your morning coffee. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and adjoining bathroom. Additional bedroom is furnished with twin beds, and full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen is a dream for those who enjoy cooking. Sub zero refrigerator, 6 burner Wolfe stove/oven, convection oven and an outdoor gas grill. Enjoy the bay breeze and listen to the ocean from one of the 4 decks.The rooftop deck is expansive and offers beautiful views.The back yard is ready for relaxation and fun, with an inground pool (hot tub used as wading pool). Ping-pong table, 3 televisions, 2 parking space driveway, 6 beach chairs, and a wagon to make taking your beach equipment easy. Located in a a quiet neighborhood it is an easy bike ride to shopping area, grocery store, churches and Beach Haven s best restaurants. Owner provides pillows and blankets for tenant use. Pool addendum must be signed with the lease.
