Night front desk lady is wonderful!!
Didn't like anything about our stay. Front desk personnel are idiot's. Doesnt know simple things like the internet password. Had to figure out ourselves. Asked for a receipt at checkout and couldnt get one. The reason was booked room through orbitz not hotel. Personally I think she was just lazy or incompetent or both.
Not a good experience whatsoever. I stayed there two nights and they didn't even come in to clean or tidy up my room after my first night. The alarm clock was off by an hour and I couldn't figure out how to change the time on the clock. The "0" button on the phone didn't work to ring the front desk as indicated. Not even a continental breakfast. All at over $150 a night. What a freakin' joke!
