The room didn't have an ironing board or fridge, the AC didn't work & smelled foul!
We traveled around to ports and beaches in the area. We had a great time.The staff was on time and very accomadating.
Staff was friendly and competent; they even let us check in before 11 a.m. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, plumbing all worked. The toilet running was not a bother to us, just a waste of water. No complaints -- it was a pleasant stay for a reasonable price.
The first time I chose this hotel was because it was the least expensive hotel in Bay City. It is a "no frills" hotel, but I was very impressed with the size of the room, the cleanliness (I wiped down all tables with a Lysol wipe and there was no dust or dirt on my wipe when I finished)... the hotel is older, but has been updated. The room included a newer tv, micro, fridge and hair dryer. All newer and in good working order. The price also included a continental breakfast and there was a small coffee pot in the room. There were also chairs and a desk and small table which was convenient. Very important ... the bed was very comfortable. There is a small pool that is enclosed with sunscreen and was very clean. A very reasonably priced restaurant with great seafood was right across the parking lot. I have been a repeat visitor at this hotel and am very impressed with the quality for the price.
Friendly staff. Accommodating small special requests. Swimming pool was WONDERFUL clean. Parking lot and outside area was super clean. Am considering another trip just to enjoy the motel. I can't say enough!
