Ok for the prive. Very dark outside and strong amonia smell inside.

I literally slept on a bed that had 2 box springs and no mattress. I slipped and fell in the tub the 1st night due to how slippery the surface was. The walls were so thin I could hear next door conversations as if I was in their room. Every night when I came back to the room I had to get a new key cause mine wouldn't open the door. Staff was nice but I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.

It was a good hotel. They were doing renovations in the lobby but other than that it was good

The only good thing was coffee in the room. The place is run down! Big burn carpet looking stain in the middle of floor, broken lights, tv remote with no batteries and tv didn’t even work! Not enough parking! When checking in they had a hard time even finding my reservation even though I had confirmation.

The lication was good and the staff were adequate. The room interior was clean but could use some updating & repair.

The hotel could use some updates, the face towel was thread bear and the toilet ran all night.

This place is scary to be at there is consistent banging on the walls and ceilings it is very hard to sleep the inside smells like smoke I wouldn't recommend

The check in person was friendly. There was someone's leftovers in my fridge and all the outdoor garbage receptacles were over flowing.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean, but the smell of chlorine from the pool was very strong. It irritated our lungs and made us cough like crazy. The knob on the fan was broken, but I managed to turn it on and clear the air a bit. The floor felt damp, but I wonder if that was to clean the room in case of coronavirus.

Lovely staff. Clean room. Great soap and shampoo samples! Very roomy bathroom. I'd give it an "A" grade. If you stay, try to get an upstairs room. We had a cold above us and it sounded like a hard of rhinos running back and forth.

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times before when it was still the Shilo Inn and we had great service and nice rooms. This is the first time I stayed here after Red Lion took it over and this was the worst it’s been. The front desk staff was rude. Walked in and she looked up at me and continued to sit there on her cell phone texting and helped me when she was finished. There isn’t any vending machines except a pop machine, no ice machines, the first room we got checked into didn’t have a tv remote. While looking for the tv remote there was candy wrappers that weren’t mine next to the night stand, under the beds were absolutely nasty. The bathrooms smelt like wet mildew. If you went down to the pool there wasn’t any pool towels was told they were short on them and they didn’t have time to wash.

It was not great. Very outdated. The bed mattress sunk the middle and smelled like mold and stale cigarettes I would pay $80/ night maybe but definitely not 130

Ice machines all out of order. Pool closed in june. Told two different stories as to why.

This is the epitome of a roof & a bed. No frills, place is rundown and you can hear everything that everyone else is doing through the walls/ceiling. Staff was super helpful, so I give it an average of 3

Fine for a place to lay your head for the night. Office is not wheelchair accessible but has a sign at the bottom of stairs "Ring bell for service". No bell.

The buildings felt old and run down... also there breakfast was extremely disappointing. Packaged muffins and nutrigrain bars was the extent of things.

Keeta at the front desk did a wonderful job and talked with me while we were waiting for my confirmation to arrive (last minute booking on Orbitz). Very pleasant! The room I stayed in could use a new light fixture in the entry but was clean.
