The bed was so loud every time I moved it squeak very bad the shower had no pressure at all

Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I would not recommend a room facing the interstate. Between the trucks on the interstate and the very loud AC unit in the room we didn't get much sleep only because we are light sleepers.

1. Staff screwed up my reservation. Wanted a king size bed. the first room was a room that was actually occupied by another person when we used the key card and walked in. this could have been a very bad experience but turned out to be harmless. 2. The second room had two queens. I wanted one king. Had to change rooms again. 3. the third room was a disaster. the refrigerator had this very loud vibration. the room was next to the elevator which made its own noise. In addition, the hotel was hosting a high school track team which at 2 am in the morning, required two calls to the front desk and finally I gave up on the desk and went out in the hall and handled the noise issue myself.

Although the location great, I was disappointed in this hotel. Customer service was subpar at check in. The hotel was somewhat muggy and had a slight "old"odor Throughout. The first room I was checked in was a double with was suppose to be a king. Had that same old smell. The bathrooms shower was was VERY dated and the tile grout had mold, the shower door had rust in several areas. The worst part was The toilet paper holder was unbelievably rusty. It had more rust showing than the chrome Polish that was once there. I requested another room. Same issue, rusty toilet paper holder, the shower tiles were a little better but as I attempted to close the shower door the frame was loose and felt like the door frame was going to fall completely off the walk. The beds while they had nice plump mattresses it had a tin box spring casing that sounded like a some beating a tin can every time you shift positions in the bed. Very disappointed in the hotel. Pictures are somewhat deceiving.

Disappointing. Hotel exterior and surroundings were dirty; wrong room configuration; unclean room; outdated; sheets never changed; toiletries already opened; etc. The staff was friendly, but hardly enough to make up for the issues.

Shower water not Hot. There was not a comforting feel in the room, and the furniture was dated. The floor was not carpet and did not feel luxurious. Smelled old. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice.

I travel about once a month for business. It has been years since I had as miserable an experience as I had hear. This is a hostile and sad place. Nice facility full of employees that look away as you approach. Not welcoming. Not friendly. No greeting when you arrive or when you leave. No southern charm here. I will not return - though I look forward to future trips in Baton Rouge - a great place to do business in.

First of all we did not get the pool view suite we reserved. Second the decorating was atrocious making the rooms dark and dismal. Avoid the dining room. We were the only customers and I can see why. The jambalaya had been reheated too many times to have any taste left. For the high prices it was a loser. The bed however was comfortable and the staff pleasant.

The picture of the room I purchase wasn't the same room they give me, the bathroom was half clean, there was a lot of banging upset like someone was working above me. I could not get any phone service, not only that Saturday morning I walk towards the elevator there was a dead roach. At that point I was done.. Good things I can say about the hotel the breakfast was good, but the tables wasn’t clean and the napkin had a cigarette burn on it. I will never book at this hotel again, NOT a good experience at all.

The staff was excellent. We were in town for a dance competition and my daughter got sick. They allowed a late checkout the next day so she could accept her awards! In addition they brought all new linens to keep her comfortable. Thanks for the great service!

At first appearance this hotel has an impressive entrance. However the location was a bit unnerving and parking was difficult to find due to the vicinity of another hotel nearby and restaurants. The room was quite loud at times with a lot of hallway activity and large gaps under the door as well as being literally on the exit of the off ramp. It had dark furniture which did not appear to have been cleaned in quite a while. The shower stall was difficult to manage. I got soaked in my first attempt to turn the water on because it sprays from the middle; I was not impressed with the shower stall. The modern looking square sink did not drain well and backed up every time it was used which was gross. The one saving grace about this room was that the beds were comfortable. If you left the A/C fan on it drowned out a lot of the noise.

Randy at the front desk was an exceptional person, giving us directions and recommendations on request..

The staff was extremely cordial, even though our check-in was delayed until our very late arrival (approximately 11:45 pm) due to traffic snarl along travel route. The business center was easy to use and allowed for FREE printing of travel information. The location was PERFECT launching point for NOLA Jazz Fest and LSU campus visits, for example. Cleaning staff adhered to our 'Do Not Disturb Request' and provided additional shampoo bottles.

Loved the whole experience. Room was clean. Hotel very close to LSU stadium

This was a business trip for a seminar I had to attend and had to do a lot a work on the computer in my room the whole time I was there. I realized the very first night of my stay that it was not comfortable but I was too tired to go to the front desk. The very next day I spoke w/the front desk manager and explained that the beds in the room had a loud noise when you sit on it. I was in a double bed room and both beds made the noise. She offered to move me but stated that all the beds were the same. She also offered to give my money back but noticed that I had paid in advance. She offered to give me a free night stay in the future. I put a do not disturb sign on my door for housekeeing bcuz I didnt need any service. Upon my return to the hotel, housekeeping was still working on my floor and I asked to get the towels changed out and they took the ones I had and stated later they would bring me more. Upon bringing fresh towels, they did not have any hand towels and were to bring them back later and never did. Since I had two beds, they did not have to give service bcuz I could sleep in the other bed until departure. At least they could have brought me all the fresh towels I needed. My last night stay I keep hearing loud noise and sounded like a dog. I called the front desk and ask do they allow pets and they stated yes. I told them that I kept hearing noise from a dog and they ask which room was it coming from and offered to move me. I agreed to the moving and realized that I had a lot to move and it was the last night. I called the front desk and stated it was too much things to move at a late hour and decided to stay in the room. The shower were complicated to use and you had to literally figure out how to use it. There was a refrigerator but the ice had frozen all over and needed defrosting. The elevator was too small for the luggage cart to fit, so I decided to take my things up stairs in two trips. My overall stay was okay but at this point, I do not see myself staying at this property in the future. When I made the reservation, it stated the hotel was an upscale hotel but I didnt see anything that was upscale to me.

We had a great experience the service was excellent welcoming and professional. Loved having a Sleep Number bed like I have at home. Room was quiet and clean. Cajun food on room service very nice. Will definitely stay again on trips from Florida to Texas and back.

Last minute, but great experience. I'd do it again.

loved the sleep number bed . room was very clean and loved the non carpeted floors.

Everything was comfortable . Everyone was friendly
