The room was price ok, but the service was not great. They would not vacuum my room, but rather spray a room deodorizer on the floor. My room had roaches and a hole in the bathroom door where someone had punched it. The room did not have an iron, they had to take it from another room because the front desk did not have an extra one. I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, but they came in anyway to clean while we were still inside the room. I stayed there 5 days, but will not stay there again.

Enjoyable

When we arrived at 9:15pm the lobby was locked and the receptionist came to a window and could not find my reservation, I gave her the confirmation email print out I had and had to wait another 15 mins until the so called manager came and found a room for me and my family. He said there was some computer virus that caused the confusion, we told him he could have said something to us while we had to wait outside and were missing the football game we wanted to see on tv. When we get to the room we found bugs on the floor, and my husband found a crack pipe in the made up bed when he pulled back the blanket. My husband was furious and called the front desk to speak to the manager and was told the manager wouldn't be in until the morning, he said then who was the person we talked to when we arrived. The so called manager came to the room and gave us another room, he apologized and said the pipe must have been planted there by somebody. The next room I thought better until I found no hot water to take a shower. My daughter would not sleep under the sheet and used her own blanket. Needless to say it was the worst hotel experience we ever had and will not return. I honestly don't think I should have been charged for the stay, considering the awful experience we had.
