The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the balcony had litter that was never picked up. Staff awesome, especially at the bistro. Love them !!

Great place to stay. My kids really enjoyed the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay ....look forward to coming back on August 19th

What a clean and pleasant surprise. I would stay here again

great that it's close to highway but a little too close with little sound barrier for rooms on the same side of hotel. I was too tired and unpacked to request a change. Check in and staff was great. Just request a room on opposite wing for best experience.

This hotel was just alright. It seemed just a little run down. Our bathroom was not cleaned as much as I would like and the hotel seemed severely understaffed for the very large soccer tournament that was in town. Cleanliness is a big thing to me and although the hotel was not dirty, it wasn't in the tip-top shape you would expect for $150 a night....

Service and amenities were perfect!!! will definitely be back

This is my go-to hotel in Baton Rouge now. Central and close by LSU and downtown. Right off I-10. Room super clean and bed really comfortable for the weary traveler.

The room was ok. There was nothing special about the room worth mentioning. The bed had long strands of hair on it on the first night, so that put a bad taste in my mouth to start. The bathroom was ok, because of the bed situation I wish I had brought cleaning products with me. After room service came the following day al they really did was make the bed and put new towels up. They didn't clean the sink or restroom. So at best it was ok just for the weekend.

Great location to LSU campus. Parking lot was a bit tricky on Saturday as there were people parking at Hotel and walking to Parade, Also neighborhood bar had an outside band playing that night until after 12:00 which was fine when air was running but too loud once it turned off. Staff was very friendly!

We go to this hotel every year and always enjoy our stay. The staff is very friendly and the beds are very comfortable!

The location was convenient. But my room backed up to a highway and road noise was loud until late at night and early in the morning. I'd recommend a room on the other side of the building!

My room was about50 feet from the I-10 fence. neither my wife or I slept the first night. We made them move us for the second night to a room that does not have windows facing the highway. the bed was not comfortable the first night but that could be because we could not sleep. Bed was fine the second night. Both nights the internet was as slow as a comodore 64 using dial up. When they moved us after the first night, they said that that part of the facility was where they always put expeia customers.

We attended a wedding at Mount Hope Plantation, met with family (new and old) at the hotel, visited family in Brusly across the river, visited the old Plaquemine lock and the Port Arthur Lock, toured Nottaway Plantation, and toured the State Capitol Building, including a trip to the tower sky walk. We had a grand time!

Hotel is okay, it in a good location, close to everything. The only thing i did not like is there are no refrigerators inside the room or ice machines around. You have to go down to the lobby to buy a cold soda or water. Everything else is great. =)

Location is not great, because there is no public transportation in Baton Rouge to speak of. They do not offer shuttles to any local attractions and the cabs are slow to arrive and over priced.... The tile floor in the bathroom was falling apart and would hold water under the tile, as you walked in the bathroom a black brackish liquid would push through the tiles and onto your feet.... Having to walk into the bathroom & shower with sandles on is B.S. TV remote didn't work.... Called the desk 3x times and finally ended up buying batterys myself at a local gas station.... I would try a diffrent location, there's nothing great about the hotel so there is very little risk in trying another.... Had the best time down town on 3rd street, most of the local attractions are in that area and the night life is pretty good.... Good luck, good trip....

I was really amazed at the quality of this hotel and would happily return. It's easy to reach from the interstate, right next to Outback. Safe. The staff were all friendly and polite. Room was clean and large. Beds were wonderful - slept well.

Our room location was near an exit. We encountered a lot of noise by fellow quests coming in and out of the hotel. Also hallway conversations were loud.

Super friendly staff! They gave great driving directions in town and down to N'Orleans. Hotel was clean and a great location. Great time in Baton Rouge! Wonderful beds! Very quiet.

This is clean convenient lodging with quick access to the main highway. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Affordable breakfast also comes in handy.
