Other Things to Note:
This property is only suitable for guests aged 8 and over due to the stairs and balcony - please ensure that all children are supervised around the balcony.

Please be aware that there is free all-day street parking 10m away (at the intersection of Keppel & Seymour St). However, parking at the front of the property is timed between the hours of 9:30am - 5:00pm.

Guests will be required to climb 25 stairs to access the second storey. The property is also above a boutique store.

Fireplace: this property has a fireplace that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
